Fully closed, the property sits on a plot of 2,758 m2 partly wooded with oaks and pines, is an ideal base for family holidays with babies and young children.

All equipment is provided for the comfort and relaxation of guests.

Central Country is on 2 levels 70 m2. Maximum occupancy of 8 persons and 1 baby capacity.

Large tiled terraces, partly covered or shaded by pergolas.

At the garden and pool: living room and kitchen on terrace, TV, library, hall and toilet.

Equipped with center island and dining area open to the living room by a sliding door kitchen; it is complemented by the scullery hosting washing machine, ovens, small appliances and cupboards.

Maison très agréable et très bien agencée avec tout l'équipement nécessaire dans un environnement calme.
une cuisine d'été très bien pensée avec la pergola nous a permis de passer d’excellentes vacances.

Maison très agréable et très fonctionnelle, à la propreté irréprochable.
La cuisine d'été est très pratique, et les espaces extérieures sont très jolis, tout le monde y trouve un petit coin pour être au calme.

Paved beach chairs, garden furniture, parasols, wooden pergola, solar shower, accessories and games pool floor. Pool (10 x 5 m) with tiled floor, entrance from forming small baby pool and 3 steps long deep bench max 2,20 m platform. Treatment of the salt water (no chlorine), Table Ping Pong Hammock Input electric remote control gate, videophone and digital lock, door lock. The garden is improving a little more each year, automatic watering, hedges, trees and shrubs grow, The environment is very "mineral" but large trees (pine and oak) provide shade for car parking spaces and a small wood gives freshness to the garden.
