Large 6 bedroom sea view villa - groups up to 19 in number

Located in the heart of Rodney Bay, 2 - 3 minutes walk from most amenities, whilst being very private. The owner does not live on site, but is a short drive away if required.

Housekeeping is available Mon - Fri at no extra cost. We offer a very caring service and the property is cleaned to a high standard.

You will be met by the owner on arrival and be provided with useful information on tours, shopping and local facilities. All our properties have excellent free Wi-Fi high speed Internet access.

The property has 2 desktop mobile telephones allowing FREE calls between apartments and to the property manager. You can also receive calls from any part of the world free of charge on the apartment handset. You would need to put credit on the phone to make outgoing calls to external numbers.

Please note that the manager for this property lives and works within 1 minute drive of the property so any problem encountered is swiftly dealt with, irrespective of time of day or night.

We have recently added an additional 1-bedroom annex apartment increasing the bed count to a maximum of 20 people. Groups larger than 20 in number can have the additional members accommodated by placing folding beds or using neighbouring villas a short walk away.

Located on the ground floor at Villa Cleopatra, the 2-bedroom apartment is very spacious with a modern fully equipped kitchen (utensils also supplied|). Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and has a ceiling fan. The lounge and kitchen have ceiling fans and are not air conditioned. All rooms have wooden louvred with mosquito screens to allow benefiting from the constant cool sea breeze. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed. The second bedroom has 2 double beds and there is a double sofa-bed in the lounge. There is one bathroom with a toilet and shower. There is a sheltered private patio for outside dining, which overlooks the pool and beautiful sea views. A large safety-deposit box is provided free of charge. There is a laundry room at the villa and maid service is inclusive and available daily. Some of the features include: Ground floor location. Beautiful marina, sea and landscape views (French island Martinique visible on a clear day). Very clean throughout – house.

Notes A charge of 35% is levied for cancellation before 2 months of arrival. Cancelled bookings within 2 months of arrival is non-refundable. Optionally cancelled bookings, at any time prior to arrival, may be transferred to a future date of up to 12 months. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances. All cancellations must be in writing - by email.
To confirm a booking a 50% deposit is required and the balance is payable 2 months before arrival. If booking within 2 months of arrival, then the full amount is required to confirm the booking.
