The apartment (95 m²) is located on the 5th floor (with lift) and overlooks the Canto Harbour (kitchen side).

Private parking, secured, 2 minutes away by foot from the apartment.

All the amenities are within an easy reach: a 'Casino' mini market (downstairs the building for food and other), the beach (5 min walk), Festival Palace, all the restaurants, Rue d'Antibes (with its luxury shops), all 10 minutes by foot.

Awesome place. Perfect vacation !

We did not want to come back !!!!
We had a wonderful stay at this property. Sylvie was very responsive to our emails. There were five of us including a child. The property is conveniently located close to the beach. Very spacious property and very well maintained. For those who care, there is no air conditioning in the apartment but that did not bother us at all. The weather was extremely pleasant and the convenience of the apartment itself made up for it. There is a small grocery store and a pizza place right across. Highly recommended !!!

Appartement spacieux et très bien situé.

L'appartement est conforme en tout point avec le descriptif établi par la propriétaire.
Le logement est très spacieux, très bien équipé et propre. Idéalement situé car à 100m à pied des plages de la Croisette et du parc de jeu pour les enfants. 2 supérettes sont justes à côté de l'immeuble et un supermarché Casino à 15min à pied.
Une très bonne adresse pour passer des vacances sans soucis à Cannes.

tolle Wohnung, sehr zentral

die Wohnung ist in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Croisette und zu einem öffentlichen Strand gelegen. Allerdings direkt an einer ziemlich befahrenen Straße.
Sie ist schön und funktional und bietet alles, was man für einen City-Trip braucht. Wir hatten zwei kleine Kinder dabei, was nicht optimal war. Der Aufzug ist wegen seiner Ursprünglichkeit schwer zu öffnen und sehr laut, so dass man sich mit Kindern immer ein bißchen als "Störenfried" fühlt. Für ein oder zwei Päärchen wirklich die perfekte Wohnung, mit Kindern o.k., aber nicht optimal.

Schöne wohnung, zentral gelegen

Die wohnung ist in echt genau wie auf den bildern, ziemlich zentral gelegen und gleich neben einer bushaltestelle. Vis-à-vis gibt es einen kleinen laden, der bis um 2 uhr morgens geöffnet hat (dafür aber etwas teurer ist), andere (vom preis her billigere) lebensmittelgeschäfte gibt es auch viele. Die shoppingmeile 'rue d'antibes' erreicht man zu fuss in ca. 10min.
Die aussicht aus der wohnung ist super, wenn auch nicht allzu gut geniessbar, da es keinen wirklichen balkon gibt, wo man raussitzen kann.
Ich empfehle die wohnung an junge wie auch ältere personen, sie ist zeitlos eingerichtet - ich und meine beiden kollegen (wir sind alle 18-19 jahre alt) haben die zeit sehr genossen!
Hinzu kommt auch, dass frau und herr barrère überaus nett und hilfsbereit waren, dafür noch einmal danke!

Better than I expected

the house awesome.!

It is well equipped and well located. The kitchen has everything you need: a fridge, a freezer, a dish washer, an oven, a gas cooking place and enogugh kitchen ware. Besides you have a great view on one of Cannes' yacht ports. The rest of the appartement is also fine. You have bright big rooms, Wlan and a good multimedia station with TV, dvd player and a soundsystem.

The Bus line 200 from Nice airport to Cannes for 1,50€ stops right in front of the appartement. With the BUs line 21 you can reach many places in Cannes. And the public beach is just 5 minutes away by feet.

All in all, it was really good holiday

Lovely flat

Very clean and spacious flat exactly as described. Lots of storage, very well equipped, nothing was missing from the kitchen. Internet access was a bonus. Lovely views of Port Canto from the back. Note that I found the balcony more of a back access to the building than a place to sit and relax but handy to dry clothes. Not much need for it anyway as beach and harbour are a stone throw away. Grocery shop just across the road (open every day apart from Wednesday) and a slightly bigger one less than 10mn walk away.
The owner was very helpful. The welcome present was a nice little touch. I also found the booking process very easy and it was great to be able to make a bank transfer rather than having to send a cheque.
The concierge in the building was also ever so helpful (French speaking only) and other residents very friendly.
All in all, I found it good value for money and would not hesitate to book it again.
