Spend stay by the seashore with all benefits of a big city which is alive all year round. There's no bad season in Nice where the weather is mild all year long. The apartment is super central, located in a wealthy building, with a cleared and unobstructed view guaranteed over the Baie des Anges. Sea just below the building, Flowers Market two minutes away, the Old town,

it's restaurants and shops two minutes away too. Everything is very close so you don't need a car to get around. The 2-room apartment, located in 6th and last floor by lift, was completely refurbished with a built-in open plan kitchen. The contemporary bathroom has a walk-in shower. The bed is big (160x200) and fitted with quality bedding (Bultex). Linen and bath towels supplied. No need to get out of bed to catch a glimpse of the sea. Having breakfast on the balcony will be very enjoyable. Air conditioned apartment.

We could not have asked for a better apartment than this one thanks to the amazing sea view, the clean, bright and super-well equipped space, the perfect location and the unbelievably warm and wonderful hosts. Pierre and Mihaela are so caring and generous. They made us feel welcome and toured us on foot around the old town and the Cours Saleya, which is literally just around the corner. Absolutely everything is easily accessible from the apartment. We caught buses and trams just blocks away, and with one euro fares to Monaco and Antibes we saw much of the beautiful coast and its cities. We highly recommend this apartment to everyone. We can't wait to return someday soon!
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Wonderful apartment and wonderful hosts!

My husband and I stayed with a friend at this apartment during Ironman France. Pierre was incredible. We did not have to pay anything in advance, just sign a contract. There was no hassle and he was prompt in getting back to us with any questions we had on the property.

When we arrived in Nice, he insisted on picking us up at the airport, waiting for us to get all of our luggage! He had to make two trips back and forth from the airport as we had a lot of luggage and three large bike boxes! He even had wine chilled and waiting for us at the apartment to toast our vacation! He was a wonderful host and gave us recommendations for things to do while in Nice.

The apartment is beautiful and the location is incredible! It's right on the water and the balcony is accessible from the bedroom and living room. The apartment is clean and has all of the amenities you could possibly want. It is within walking distance of wonderful markets and restaurants, next door to the opera and across the street from the beach! For anyone doing Ironman Nice, you will be located directly across from the start/finish, which makes it an excellent location to stay for the race. It was supplied with everything we needed. We had other friends who stayed at apartments where they had to buy supplies, but we did not have to do that at all.

I can't say enough wonderful things about our trip to Nice and our experience at this apartment. We would go back and stay again anytime. It is a great value and a great apartment!

We have just spent a delightful week at this apartment. Wonderful location on the promenade with great views. In the old town, plenty of restaurants, minutes away from the bus terminals to get to Cannes and Monte Carlo (for 1 euro).
Apartment caringly fitted out, everything you need, on sixth floor but there is a lift. Balcony has doors from bedroom and living room.
Owners Pierre and Mia kindly met us at the airport and took us to the apartment, bottle of wine and other goodies waiting for us.
Can recommend the apartment, ideal for couples. We will definately return

Wonderful apartment

We spent This March 20 to March 26 from Japan.

Great sea view, perffect,no hotels can win this location.
You can view sunrise and senset.
Warm sun light comes both rooms.
Easy access to old town and new town.
Clean and well equipped room.
but verry reasonable.

The Hosts (Pierre and Mihaela) are very reliabel.

To tell the truth, I do’nt want to tell this room to anybody. because of our next trip to NIce.
