About this property

Spend stay by the seashore with all benefits of a big city which is alive all year round. There's no bad season in Nice where the weather is mild all year long. The apartment is super central, located in a wealthy building, with a cleared and unobstructed view guaranteed over the Baie des Anges. Sea just below the building, Flowers Market two minutes away, the Old town,
it's restaurants and shops two minutes away too. Everything is very close so you don't need a car to get around. The 2-room apartment, located in 6th and last floor by lift, was completely refurbished with a built-in open plan kitchen. The contemporary bathroom has a walk-in shower. The bed is big (160x200) and fitted with quality bedding (Bultex). Linen and bath towels supplied. No need to get out of bed to catch a glimpse of the sea. Having breakfast on the balcony will be very enjoyable. Air conditioned apartment.

Un appartement superbe

Nous avons eu un séjour exceptionnel à l'appartement de Pierre. L'appartement est idéal pour un couple. La terrasse a une vue imprenable , probablement une des plus jolies de tout le Promenade... L' appart était très propre et avait tout le comfort nécessaire. La communication avec Pierre était très agréable et facile. Nous ne voudrions pas trop le conseiller, puisque nous aimerions y retourner nous mêmes très vite et souvent ;-) Paul

Second visit even better!!

My husband and adult daughter stayed in Pierre's lovely Apartment for a week two years ago and fell in love with it and Nice. This time we came for 2 weeks and honestly, it was still not Long enough. Pierre is absolutely a wonderful host. He replies to Messages very quickly. He arranged a pick up for us from the Airport, kindly brought us delicious cherries and melons and immediately replaced the coffee maker in the Apartment that unexpectedly broke. The Apartment itself is well appointed with everything a vacationer Needs. Wifi worked flawlessly , everything for cooking was available. The balcony overlooking the sea is amazing and by far, our favorite Thing about the Apartment. The Location is also excellent. Less than two blocks from flower market where vendors are incredibly friendly and helpful. Several small grocery stores are within 2 blocks also. Private and public beaches directly across the street. I could write much more about this place and how wonderful it and Pierre are. We will definitely be back for a third time. When traveling to the Cote d'Azur, we will stay no where else.

Absolutely perfect

I can’t praise this apartment and its owner highly enough. As Pierre couldn’t be there himself he arranged for his friend Claude to meet us at the airport and bring us and our luggage right to the front door. There’s a lift to the sixth floor, and when we entered the apartment the view of the Baie des Anges from the French windows was breath-taking. It was a great pleasure to wake up every morning to the sound of the sea and virtually the same view as Matisse had from three of his addresses. We have previously stayed at three Nice hotels, including the Hotel Suisse which we chose entirely because of its wonderful view of the Quai des Etats-Unis. Well, in our opinion the view from Pierre’s balcony looking east to the Chateau Hill is even better, and in the apartment we had twice as much space and a bigger balcony. The location of the apartment, literally two doors from the Opera House, two minutes from Cours Saleya and the Vieille Ville and one minute from the beach, could hardly be bettered. With so many restaurants nearby we hardly needed to use the kitchen, but both it and the bathroom are very well appointed, and the bed and furniture are very comfortable. For those who need them, television reception (many channels available) and Wi-Fi both work perfectly. The air-conditioning is another bonus. Would I recommend this apartment to my best friends? Unhesitatingly.

Incredible!

This apartment exceeded all expectations. Pierre was unable to pick us up from the airport but sent Claude who was there promptly. Claude, who spoke no English, was effective at showing us how everything in the apartment worked. Great guy : ) The location was nothing short of spectacular. The view, the closeness to the flower market, shops, Place Messena, train station, etc. The apartment itself was fully equipped with everything needed including shopping bags and trolley. Something I have never had in a vacay rental. The air conditioning and fan were much appreciated in the July heat. Wifi worked exceptionally. The apartment was very clean. Pierre was very prompt in replying to emails and setting up rides to and from the airport. Nothing, absolutely nothing negative to say about the apartment, Pierre, or Nice. We will be back! Merci beaucoup Pierre!!

ideal location in Nice

We have just spent a delightful week at this apartment. Wonderful location on the promenade with great views. In the old town, plenty of restaurants, minutes away from the bus terminals to get to Cannes and Monte Carlo (for 1 euro). Apartment caringly fitted out, everything you need, on sixth floor but there is a lift. Balcony has doors from bedroom and living room. Owners Pierre and Mia kindly met us at the airport and took us to the apartment, bottle of wine and other goodies waiting for us. Can recommend the apartment, ideal for couples. We will definately return
