A rare find!
Property with pool not far from the historic centre of the medieval city of Lucca.
This villa has been converted into two light, airy & spacious apartments (both included in the price!) accessed from the same landing so perfect for a large group seeking some individual privacy.
The villa has been finished to a high standard, with good quality furniture, fabrics & fittings & luxury bathrooms.
There are 2 bedrooms in each apartment (can be double or twin) & 2 luxury bathrooms in each too (1 with bath & shower over, & one with extra large shower cubicle with seating area).
Each apartment is individually equipped with an open plan living/kitchen/diner with good quality sofa bed.
Each also has a balcony.
This property is ideal for groups who want their own space, but who also want to spend time together outside in the garden and dining under the covered area by the brand new outdoor kitchen. The garden is perfect for al fresco living!
Plus outdoor oven for 2023
There is also a shaded ping pong area for group games.

Entrance is upstairs:
Two apartments included in the price. They come off same upperfloor landing with spacious hallways, 2 bedrooms each (can all be double or twin - request on booking); two luxury bathrooms in each, (one shower room and one bathroom), open plan kitchen in each , living diners in each with good quality sofa bed in each too. There is a terrace attached to both apartments.
There is internet access, air conditioning, insect screens, SAT TV, DVD, CD, counter top ovens, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher etc and comfy seating in each area too.
Outside :
There is a garden surrounding the villa which is fully enclosed and electronically gated;

Wonderful covered eating area perfect for all cooking and relaxing together, with BBQ, oven, hob, sink, and fridge/freezer in garden.

On request the owner can meet guests at airport or Lucca station - ask for pricing (cheaper than taxi).

A very flexible property - ideal for a family holiday, good for couples too with the privacy of own bathrooms and also for a romantic weekend away in a well furnished central property .
NB - Owners live on site, but are discreet and fully respect privacy. They do not use the garden or pool and have their own entrance and parking etc.
Tourist tax in Lucca is E1.50 per person per night up to a maximum of E6 per person (payable for those aged 14 and over).

SUPERB VILLA LOVELY LOCATION

The owners could not have been more charming or helpful. The villa is excellent and in a lovely location. A 20 minute walk into Lucca, or a 5 minute drive. The pool area is excellent with shade when needed. The accomodation is spacious and very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Lovely villa in great locstion

“Idyllic stay in perfect location” Perfect location. Lovely uninterrupted views of the Tuscany hills but only on a short drive, or 40 minute walk into the amazing town of Lucca. This fully walled town is a real gem with a good selection of shops, bars, restaurants and cafes that seems to have escaped the tourist hordes in places like Sienna, San Gimignano and others. It's central location makes visits to Pisa, Florence, beaches, vineyards etc. all within easy reach. The villa is lovely, we had the two adjoining apartments for our whole family which gave us lots of space and also some independence for our adult daughters. The rooms are well appointed with traditional furniture and modern and well appointed bathrooms and kitchens. The private pool and outside area is a lovely and was used everyday for cooling swims and alfresco eating. The owners live in the property and are around to help with anything you may ask and to offer suggestions on restaurants, places of interest etc. The apartments are on their own floor with separate entrance so you really feel that you have your own independent villa and the owners are very unobtrusive and you only see them iif you need any assistance. We had a fantastic stay at this property and can recommend to anyone, particularly if it is a large family or even two families using both apartments.

We had rented both apartments which were very nice and clean. However we had been shown around and everything explained and there was no mention of the downstairs communal room by the pool until we asked. He than said it was not ready but we could have it the next day and we feel we would not have had the use of it if we had not asked. Also the pool area was very nice but they have 3 cats which come around you and as our daughter was pregnant we were not happy with this, as this was not mentioned in advert. As the villa is a distance away from the walls of Lucca I would suggest you rent a car as taxis are very expensive and hard to come by.

Very nice villa with friendly owners

The place is nicely located next to the beautiful town of Lucca , excellent swimming pool with a nice terrace and BBQ area which we absolutely loved The area is very peaceful and nice view from the apartment terrace Best thing is the owners very helpful and friendly and treated us like family I highly recommend this place to families or couples who want peace and quite and like swimming and sun bathing Special thanks to Samin the owner son for his help

Fabulous holiday!

Fabulous holiday in very comfortable villa - excellent facilities for 2 families (4 adults and 4 young adults). Plenty of space for us all to relax both inside and out and good kitchen facilities made cooking easy. Pool area was lovely and spotlessly clean - great outside eating area and BBQ. Perfect location as quiet and peaceful but close enough to walk to Lucca in the evening and explore pretty villages/restaurants nearby. Close to local supermarket which had huge range of produce and good access to station so day trip to Florence was enjoyed by all! Would highly recommend for two families or a large group. Owners very helpful and friendly but also not at all intrusive despite living on site. Possibly one of the best holidays we have had with our good friends and their family and we have shared a few since the kids were little!
