The sea is 150 m away. You are 250 m from the beautiful bay of the Pinel Islet, you can enjoy the small private beach of the estate. Here is a wonderful place for perfect relaxation, in a quiet location while being close to the main places and amenities. In the heart of the tropical vegetation, located in a fully secured residential area, peace and luxury are waiting for you in a spacious apartment on garden level. "Bachata" is a wonderful suite measuring about 80 m2, very comfortable, full of charm. A large terrace with vegetation and private pool offers a large extra space that is particularly pleasant. Like a house, this apartment sees its dimensions doubled by this beautiful terrace equipped with an outdoor lounge, a dining area and of course, comfortable sun loungers.

In a tropical garden a few steps away from the sea. Kayak and snorkelling centre is 200 m away. Nice restaurant 200 m, grocery shop 500 m. The shopping centre is 1km away. Marigot is 7km and Phillipsburg is about 7 km away. Grand Airport is 2 km away. Princess Juliana Airport is about 12 km away.

  • Charges included
  • Discounted rates for long stay
  • Rates are for two people. Free for children up to ten years. You will have to pay an extra charge of 30 Euros per week and per additional person. Rates are digressive for duration of more than ten nights. A 50 percent deposit is payable upon booking. A security deposit corresponding to the price in middle season is required upon arrival. Of course, it will be refunded upon departure unless we notice damages. Final cleaning is included. You can benefit from an extra cleaning service that will be charged with 15 Euros per hour.
  • Stays are generally from Saturday 3.00 pm to the next Saturday 12.00 am. We study all special requests. A minimum of 4 nights is required.
  • Contractual booking deposit: 30% rent
  • Damage deposit: €300.00
