The Villas Mandarine Estate is an antique agricultural property of more than 12 acres. It is a dreamed holiday destination where everyone can follow the flow of nature and be happy with the art of living. The estate is composed of 12 villas with contemporary architecture rated 5* and a lobby, located only 900 m away from the beach and the pine forest, 5 min away from the marina and the quaint Calvi's downtown.

All our villas have luxury amenities and have a 1.000 sq.m-landscaped garden with parking and private pools. All of them are build following the same idea that invites you to the exterior life.

Our villas: All our villas have luxury amenities and have a 1.000 sq.m-landscaped garden with parking and private pools. All of them are build following the same idea that invites you to the exterior life.

A living area with open plan kitchen, with an adjacent equipped terrace and pool, it was design to receive families and friends with all intimacy and with an optimum comfort.
Each bedroom boasts its own bath/shower room with dressing and a TV.
Equipped with top-of-the-line equipment: completely fitted kitchen, laundry room, reversible air-conditioning, telephone line, Plasma/LCD TV with Freeview TNT of 22 channels (6 of which are foreign channels) and Wi-Fi signal in all rooms, and let us not forget the barbecue, the sun loungers and garden furniture.
For toddlers and children under the 3 years old, there are high chairs, travel cots and accessories adapted for their first holidays (plates, spoons and blender) at your disposal.

*cleaning service (1 h per day - except the morning of arrival), it can be adjusted according to your request, final cleaning,

* Free Internet access, the assignment of a fixed number per villa to contact the reception or outside (with itemised bill),
* the barbecue cleaning and the supply of gas cylinders,
*an office service at the reception,
