This apartment is located in a shopping street and close to public transportation of which a Vélib' station (public bicycle), a taxi station, and subway lines (lines 6 and 8), all of it nestled in a green setting, with very wide avenues lined by trees. The centre of Paris is only 5 minutes away by subway, with the lines 6 and 8. The latter is less than 2 minutes away from the apartment.
This commercial district is very lively. You will find everything you need in the many shops and handicraft shops, in particular on the Viaduc des Arts, located on the Daumesnil avenue, towards Place de la Bastille.
Facing the sunrise, the apartment is ideal for a breakfast under the sun. A air-conditioning with reverse cycle is available in the apartment for more comfort.
Myself and 3 friends had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It was fine for two couples because it has a water closet on the main floor and a full bath upstairs. The terrace was exceptional and the neighborhood very friendly with fabulous patisseries and cafes. Would definitely stay here again. The appliances were top notch (especially the iron) and it was delightful to prepare a meal in the kitchen. Frederic was very helpful and kind.
My wife and I have stayed here twice now, and it is our go-to place when staying in Paris. Frederic is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the apartment is in a great location that is not too touristy or bustling, but still greatly located to get anywhere in town or just enjoy the local neighborhood. A few times a week, there is a local street market just outside of the apartment that is incredible (although the noise doesn't affect you since the apartment is set back from the street). There are some great local shops and restaurants as well. You are also half a block either direction from a metro stop, so getting around to other parts of Paris is very easy. The apartment itself is clean and comfortable. We especially love the two balconies for having a croissant and coffee in the morning. Highly recommended.
Frederic rescued us from a very terrible experience at the last minute! It was so refreshing to have someone be so helpful and pleasant. The price is very conservative for such amenities and quality. The pictures do not do the duplex justice either. It was immaculate and hard to believe anyone else had stayed there. We loved eating on both of the terraces and could not believe how peaceful it was when all of Paris was just steps away.
My girlfriend and I went to Paris in the mid October and selected this beautiful apartment without hesitation after seeing the pictures. And it did not disappoint us. It is a charming modern apartment. High quality refurbished and equipped with modern facilities. It is a duplex on the last floor in a quiet and green courtyard with an elevator from the first floor. Two cozy terraces on different levels.
The kitchen has everything that you could want and more. The lounge is wonderful. The furnishings are fabulous.
The bed and linen is of very good quality and it is extremely comfortable. The ambiance in the bedroom is outstanding due to the colour scheme and sensational glass roof that covers the apartment. The apartment is quiet and very clean.
The neighborhood is great. It really is very easy to use public transport. The metro station is 2 minutes from the apartment.
All in all, I would highly recommend the apartment for a romantic stay in Paris. Thank you, Frederic for making our time in Paris very comfortable.
I searched for quite a while to find just the right place for my husband and I to celebrate our 35th anniversary in Paris. We found the perfect place on the beautiful Boulevard de Reuilly. Our host, Frederic, could not have been nicer or more helpful. Everything was as described, beautifully decorated and inviting.
The neighborhood was great...it was quiet yet everything you could want right outside the doors. A boulangerie & chocolatier to the right ...mmmm the scent of baking bread in the morning..to the left, a convenience store....and all in one block, an excellent Italian restaurant, sushi, wonderful bistros and cafes and a large grocery store and shops...The Metro is a short walk, with access to all of Paris!
One of our favorite things was the open air market that set up on the whole boulevard twice a week with everything from fresh fish to shoes..Leave room in your suitcase!!
We hope to return many times to Paris and this lovely apartment!

We stayed 3 days and it was fabulous, we are going back for 2 weeks in july.Superb flat, clean, great terasse, The owner Frederic was very kind and helpfull. It is like a 5 star hotel sevice. great location.

In the heart of the Place Daumesnil area, in the 12th district of Paris, this apartment is located in a animated shopping street. It is set in near a market that takes place on Tuesday and Friday and two subway lines (6 and 8), which will allow you to easily reach all the areas of Paris, and a taxi station.
You will only need a few minutes to access the A3, A4, and A6 highways thanks to the beltway right next to the district.
With wide avenues lined with trees, 10 minutes walking away from the Bois de Vincennes, one of the green areas of the capital city, from the Place de la Bastille and Place de la Nation, and from the Gare de Lyon, this apartment is also really close to many sport infrastructures (5 minutes away walking from the Palais Omnisport de Paris Bercy), or to the UGC cinema, passing by the Viaduc des Arts.
