Week-end, weekly, fortnight, and monthly rentals.

Off-peak season: November, December, January, February and March: 410 Euros. Current: 3 days fixed price. English Film Festival, from Thursday October 7th to Sunday October 11th, 2010: 350 Euros. All Saints' Day holidays: November 31st, 2010: departure of the Rhum Road. Payment modality: by cheque. 30 down payment upon signature of the rental agreement. Balance has to be paid upon check-in, after the inventory. The down payment is payable by cheque and has to be proportional to the rental lenght.
  • Week: from 12.00 am on the arrival day to 12.00 am on the departure day. Week-end: depending on the request and the availability. Other stays: exceptional terms depending on the availability. Available starting from September 18th, 2010.
  • Contractual booking deposit: 30% rent
