This apartment is bigger than it looks in the pictures with a very large balcony with plenty seating and table and 4 chairs. Perfect for breakfast and alfresco dining. This is an older property which gives it its own charm. It has a very comfortable double bed and bed settee in another room and the apartment is in a quiet location. There is a halogen hob and microwave if you want to cook and a larder fridge. Enough to cater for most meals. The bus stop to Antibes is right at the front door and the last bus back when we were there was about 6pm. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful

Lovely place. Communication with the owner is excellent. Flat has a large balcony, very convenient and comfortable. Swimming pool is clean. We enjoyed every minute spend in the property. Surroundings are stunning with a variety of beaches, some of which are just 7 minutes away by foot. I would book it again.

Magnifique emplacement

Nous avons passé avec les enfants un très agréable séjour dans l’appartement de François, avec un accueil parfait par Svetlana. L’appartement est très bien situé au bout du Cap d’Antibes, au milieu des villas et avec la plage des ondes à 10 minutes à pied à peine. La piscine est très propre et permet de se rafraîchir. Une adresse à recommander 😁

Buona posizione, ma Letto e bagno scomodissimi!

La posizione bella, con un bel giardino. Il letto scomodo con dei cuscini presso inesistenti! Un bagno davvero strano, piccolo ma sopratutto affianco al letto con solo una porta di vetro (Privacy zero) e per niente sexy! Il balcone davvero bello , ma non come da foto, non ci sono i divani e le piante, c'é solo il tavolo grande e le sedie da giardino! Un po troppo giusta la dotazione di carta igienica(1 rotolo per una settimana) E gli asciugamani da rinnovare assolutamente! Nel complesso bello il posto, centrale e rilassante! Ma non riposante , causa il letto e i servizi!

Antibes is steeped in history and has a green and peaceful cape, as well as wonderful beaches.

What makes this property unique

It is located in a small and quiet apartment building, surrounded by greenery. However, the apartment is close to the pedestrian areas of Antibes Old Town and Juan les Pins, which are very lively and tourist. Cape Town offers sandy beaches, bays, and pebble beaches. It is possible to have a nice walk along the sea and the rocky area (signposted and protected path). You will also find a gated pool and visible from the large terrace. There is also a secure private parking. The apartment offers all the comforts needed to have a delightful holiday. The main living area is a wonderful Provencal terrace overlooking the garden and the pool. You will also have a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner, a TV, a DVD player, etc.
