About José Caravias

I'm from Malaga and I live in France for over 10 years. This apartment allows us to keep in touch with my country while we enjoyed the quiet, the sun, the beach and the different sports that can be practiced nearby. It is the ideal place to unwind and recharge positive energy instead. It is for me an honor which can come and have the opportunity to learn and enjoy the great cultural, sporting and gastronomic offer of Malaga, Andalucia and Spain.

Small (80m²) two-story apartment building. Peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Apartment is in excellent condition. Two rooms are air-conditioned and have a direct and clear view of the sea. Protected parking area. Lots of sun. Including adaptable sun shades.

Tennis courts, golf course and sailing facilities close by. Restaurants, food shops and supermarket within walking distance.

A great place for a short vacation.

Superbe appartement

Un appartement extrêmement bien situé,très proche des grands axes routiers ,permettant d être au calme tout en étant proche de Malaga et des sites à visiter.Nous avons passés des vacances excellente .L'appartement est spacieux et fonctionnel,très confortable comme à la maison. Les petits déjeuner en terrasses au soleil face à la mer sont un pur bonheur. Merci à Mr Caravias et à sa sœur,qui nous ont guidés et accueillis de façon efficace. En espérant revenir pour de nouvelles vacances en Andalousie.(et vous rencontrer vous et votre famille)

Excellent souvenir

Première expérience pour nous d'une location d'appartement, qui nous engage à recommencer. Lors des premiers contacts ou ensuite le propriétaire a répondu rapidement et complètement à nos demandes de renseignements. Le livret d'accueil envoyé est très bien fait et utile.

Le logement était tout à fait conforme à sa description, très agréable, en particulier le large balcon et sa vue magnifique.

Les commodités sont proches même hors saison.

Le ciel, le soleil et la mer... et le reste

Pour ceux qui comme nous aiment le calme, ce fut l'endroit idéal.

Situé en bord de mer, l’appartement offre toutes les commodités et le confort, y compris un parking ombragé.

Bref, nous nous sommes sentis chez nous.

A proximité se trouvent des commerces et des restaurants où l'on a trouvé tout ce qui nous était nécessaire.

Par ailleurs, la situation géographique permet la visite de villes historiques (Séville, Grenade, Cordoue, Ronda, etc.) sans effectuer de très longs déplacements.

Les relations avec les propriétaires et les préposés à l'accueil ont été tout à fait cordiales.

Quinda, notre chienne, s'est amusée comme une folle en galopant sur la plage relativement déserte à cette époque.

Rien que du positif donc... A recommander!

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

Wir haben alles so vorgefunden, wie es beschrieben war. Die Wohnung war sauber, mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht und sehr ruhig. Der Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer ist einzigartig, der Strand sauber und ideal zum Baden. Die Restaurants am Meer bieten köstliche Fischgerichte zu sehr günstigen Preisen. Wir haben uns super erholt, wir hatten kein Mietauto und der kleine Laden im Ort hat uns vollkommen ausgereicht. Der Ort Benagalbon ist nicht so verbaut wie viele der anderen Orte an der Küste, aber gerade das hat uns so gut gefallen.

Les pieds dans l'eau!

L'appartement est très agréable, propre, confortable, chaleureux, on s'y sent bien. Il est aussi idéalement situé. Posé sur une jolie plage familiale, à quelques pas de petits restaurants où les fritures de poissons sont délicieuses et pas chères... La résidence est calme et très bien entretenue, la piscine est idéale pour les enfants ou pour faire quelques longueurs le matin. Bref, tout est réuni pour des vacances plaisantes et reposantes. Nous reviendrons!
