About this property

Villa on two levels with housekeeper: 200 meters from the lovely beach of Porto Columbu, 1 km from the heart of Pula. The house has 3 bedrooms: 2 on the first floor and 1 on the ground floor; a living room with a TV area; a fully equipped kitchen; 2 bathrooms; a wonderful covered porch of 40 sqm, with separate BBQ area; a well kept garden, with flowers, green plants; above ground pool of 1.50 mts depth; outdoor shower with hot and cold water; private parking. Air-conditioning in the sleeping area and in the living room; washing machine; dishwasher; microwave oven; iron and ironing board, toaster, boiler, etc.
Included in the price: bed linen and toilet towels; beach and pool towels; a house and pool cleaning per each week of stay; cot and a high chair on request.
Final cleaning costs are counted as an extra but added to the rental price, to be paid during the booking procedure. While a refund of 140€ (per each week of stay) will be asked cash on your arrival at home .
A deposit of 300€ cash is asked on arrival at home and will be given you back at the end of the stay.

Villa stay near Pula

Valeria was lovely to deal with and the villa itself was really nice - as was the garden area. The listing states '1km from Pula', but this is a little misleading as you cannot walk into the town from the villa - it would take well over an hour. Unfortunately there was a lot of building work next door during our stay which of course is not the fault of the owners of the villa! Again, I'd stress the villa itself and dealing with Valeria was great. Our 1 year old toddler loved it!

Dream holiday that we will be repeating!!!

We went to Sardinia for a wedding and decided to make it a weeks holiday with our 2 and a half and nearly 5 year old daughters. We were taken by the location and the look of the villa. Before arrival the communication with the host Valeria was very good with every detail or question very well explained. Since our arrival Valeria made us feel very welcome into her home and got freshly made Italian pasta which it was a treat after a very early flight from the UK. The house is perfect for a relaxing holiday with kids, with a perfect outside area with bbq and pool and a lovely outside shower. The beach is just a 3m walk away. The house is very secured for kids with locking gates so it’s the neighbourhood. We had a rental car and we visited the surroundings areas which some of them make you feel like you are in the Caribbean but we actually enjoyed being just in the house and chilling. We will be definitely coming back again. Thank you Valeria and Gianetto for your hospitality and for sharing your house with us.

Great relax, quite and clean!

I would like to thank you Valeria and Rosy for the great service. Villa is located in a quite area with lovely beach nearby. If you love snorkelling or relaxing on a not crowded beach you have it 200m away from the villa. Obviously trip in this area is impossible without a car and short driving from the villa you can get everything. Cagliari is about 30 min drive, Chia is about 30 min and you will explore the most beautiful beaches in this area. Close to the villa (7 min drive) is a good supermarket and the same distance is Pula where you can find fantastic and delicious restaurants. Back to the villa, everything is fully equipped and you have everything needed for your stay. The pool is the cherry of the cake ... especially in the evening. Well prepared with soft grass around the pool and lights to make you great experience after dark. I was in the villa with my wife and our 2 kids (9 years and 9 months) and all of them enjoyed the stay. Thank you once again for the lovely host

Wonderful week in Sardinia

We have just returned from a fantastic week staying at Valeria's lovely holiday home by the sea. We arrived later than expected on the Saturday night and were welcomed by Valeria who kindly provided everything we needed for breakfast the next day including some delicious home-made lemon cakes. The villa is very well equipped, clean and comfortable with a beautiful terrace area, garden and swimming pool. My teenage daughter and I spent many hours relaxing on the terrace and enjoying the pool. The nearest beach is just around the corner with many more a short drive away. I would also recommend visiting Cagliari, Chia beach, Nora beach and the adjacent archaeological site. The villa is a 10 minute drive from Pula, which has many restaurants and some lovely gift shops. Thank you Valeria for being such a gracious host - we would love to return one day!

Lovely family home

We spent a lovely week at Valeria's home with our 2 year old daughter. The house, garden and pool were aboslutely perfect and we felt immediately at home from the minute we arrived. The house was the most suitable we found for a toddler and it proved to be a real success with our little one who really loved her time there. The outside seating area was also a real bonus and is perfect for eating and relaxing out of the hot sun while still enjoying being outside. The villa was easy to find and well located for the amazing beaches of Chia. It is also a very short dive to the nearby village of Pula which has lots of nice shops, places to eat and an all important supermarket which we visited at least once a day! Porto Columbu itself is a very small and quiet place and is a very nice base to retire to after a busy day at the beach. Valeria (and her daughter) were perfect hosts and provided all of the information we needed when we arrived in perfect English. We also really appreciated the welcome food pack which Valeria provided. Overall, I would fully recommend this property, particularly for those with young children.
