Very nice property, reasonably short walk to downtown
It was a great place to stay and very relaxing. Accommodations were perfect for my stay. The neighborhood is quiet and I rarely used my car.

Highly recommended
I stayed here in historic Kenwood for a month and it was great. The unit was nice and had it's own outdoor area, which was a big plus. The renter, Robert, was very nice, accommodating and communicative. It's also a great area and you have a number of cool places within walking distance. Five stars all around the board.

The Best staycation!
The Arbor Suite was the perfect, peaceful, stay. The studio was like a terrarium, with plants and foliage at every window.
Great neighborhood with people walking dogs and riding bicycles. Easy walk to nearby stores and restaurants.
The studio has many details and amenities available. Fully stocked kitchen and outdoor grill. Richard, the Host was so hospitable and gracious! He had the lights on for my late night check-in arrival.
Will be staying again and recommending to all my family and friends. Also, I had a chance to see the one bedroom next door and it’s just as charming, just slightly larger.
