Ideally located on the brink of the Garda Lake, in a peaceful borgo amidst olive trees, beautiful house with a large patio for dinners with friends and relaxing holidays. The house is equipped with everything you may need. From the Borgo, down a 100 mts path, you will enjoy the direct access to the beautiful swimmingpool with view on the Garda Lake, a childfriendly pool and the relaxing olive trees garden. The swimming pool is reserved to the inhabitants of the Borgo. The house has a private parking. A garage is also available for rent. Verona is just at 1 hour distance.

Die Woche in diesem wunderbaren Haus und der gepflegten Anlage war für die ganze Familie sehr erholsam und wir wollen wiederkommen!

Heerlijk verblijf in Casa Pina, Brenzone sul Garda

Mooi gelegen, op een rustige plek, goede voorzieningen in huis, zwembad in de buurt, Garda meer op goed beloopbare afstand en lekkere restaurants in de buurt in Casteletto en Torri. Wij werden heel prettig ontvangen en tijdens verblijf ook goed geholpen als er vragen waren, Wij hadden ons geen betere plek kunnen wensen. Heerlijk was vooral de stilte, in een toch wel druk toeristische omgeving.

What makes this property unique

The view to the lake is very very nice: you will enjoy a new panorama every day, full of colours and light. A real relaxing place, next to nice and gentle tracking paths through the olive trees. The swimmingpools (three) have a lovely view on the lake. You can access them walking through a quiet path in the Borgo. The house is built in the local style and is located in a very quiet Borgo. Direct access to the Garda Lake is possible from the Borgo after a five-minute walk.
The house is equipped with everything you need during your holidays. TV sets are in every room.
