Air condionned Louisiane type large house with driftwood atmosphere to rent weekly from Saturday to Saturday in july and august 2011, for 8 persons or less.

Ground floor : entry with hall, wide storage space and water-closets, large sunny living and dining rooms (355 sq ft +172 sq ft) with access to the enlightened veranda to the south with its swimming pool (10 ft x 23 ft, 4,9 ft deep). The swimming pool is secured by a polycarbonate dome “ABRISUD”.

American kitchen (107 sq ft) opened to the dining room (4 vitroceramic burners, electric owen, microwave owen, washing up machine, refrigerator 80 gallons, freezer11 gallons).

Corridor leading to 3 bedrooms.

1rst floor : TV and cinema area (270 sq ft) , little bamboo lounge overviewing Landes pines forest, thick wooden library and 4th bedroom underneath the roof with 4 roof windows.

Ambiance driftwood warranty with multiple objects at random parts (lamps, bedside tables, closets wrists, bench) and bamboo (banister, sliding door)

At the heart of the Domaine du Golf de SEIGNOSSE, 1.5 km from the marine lake of Hossegor and 5 km from the city center, just 15 minutes walk from the beach Bourdaines (2km2 by road) and 20mn from that of the Penon, large villa located atop a ridge enjoying a large terrace facing south, with a view overlooking the golf course, the Landes forest and the Pyrenees on the horizon (Rhune). Very quiet dead-end situation.

Bayonne and Biarritz with its airport in the south are respectively 20 and 30 km, the Basque Country, its Folklore and Summer St. Jean de Luz and Hendaye just beyond then Spain with San Sebastian in one hour by highway .

To the east, Dax and baths are 36 km.

In the north, the small resort of Old Boucau and marine lake is 10 km.

Shops (grocery stores, bakeries, supplies) around (camping municipal SEIGNOSSE 0,6 mile, Bourdaines beach 0,9 mile, shopping centers Estagnots, Penon 1,2 mile) and supermarkets (SEIGNOSSE and HOSSEGOR 3 miles, CAPBRETON 4,3 miles)

  • The receipt of 25 of the rent valid booking is not refundable in case of cancellation less than 30 days before the scheduled start of the lease.
    These deposits are necessarily accompanied by a second check from 900 euro deposit that will not be cashed, but preserved and delivered to the end of the lease or, at the latest and then by mail, within two months, minus any damage observed. In case of early cancellation later than 15 days before the scheduled start of the tenancy, the deposit will be refunded.
    The balance 75 is done by entering the premises on Saturday, from early afternoon (after 16h) during the visit of presentation of the villa.

    At any time, tenants can call us for any subject: phone, SMS or email. We will react very quickly to address potential or provide the expected answers. This can be for example the implementation of equipment (oven, DVD, washing machine or dishwasher, etc.) or pool (handling of the Dome, for cleaning or other intervention).
    We provide sheets that were prepared and implemented by us: the verification of these sheets is part of the inventory at the start.

  • The 3 rooms with double bed (1 x 5,25 ft, 2 x 4,6 ft) have their own bathrooms with basins,mirors, earthenware tiles, shower and WC. The WC of the largest bedroom (1st bedroom) are apart. The child room with two 3 ft single beds has no bathroom. Anyone can use WC with free access and hand washer at the entry.

All are equipped with 5 beds (mattress protectors, fitted sheets, sheets, blankets and or duvets, pillows protects individual with pillows and covers): You do not need to provide your own sheets. Above ground pool is flush with the deck, covered and secured by a translucent dome sliding and or lift ensuring the water temperature pleasant (82 degrees F). A semi-underground basement is reserved for private use. Access is completely distinct and separate, not overlooked possible which guarantees the complete independence of the lease. The garden is reduced to a small fenced area with trees 100 m2 at the entrance to the residence. The cars are parked in front of the house, on the roundabout. Covered bike under the awning at the entrance of the house.
