Beautiful sea view apartment in the historic center

Elegant and modern apartment with sea view recently renovated, located in the upper part of the historic center is divided on three levels. Not suitable for very young children because of its disposition but certainly excellent for couples or couples of friends.
The apartment, about 70 square meters, has two independent entrances:
from an entrance there is direct access to the first bedroom with bathroom and shower, climbing a few steps leads to the kitchen-living room with balcony overlooking the sea.
The second entrance, always main, is located in the kitchen which, through a few steps, leads to the upper floor where there is another double bedroom with bathroom and shower and a balcony overlooking the sea.
Comfortable furniture, the apartment has heating, air conditioning and TV in all rooms. Absolutely peaceful.

The parking is located about 300 meters.

Wonderful stay

The property itself had everything you would need then add the things that make this property stand out, shower with a sea view! We loved our stay in Christiane’s house the view from the top was amazing. Communication was great. We were only 2 but think it would be ideal for 2 couples as bedrooms are divided by the kitchen on the middle floor. Would definitely recommend

Perfect location in beautiful Cefalu

We had a lovely stay in Christiane’s property, it’s located in the old town so everything is easily accessible by foot , restaurants, the beach , the cathedral and the roc are all nearby. The accommodation is well appointed and Christiane was a pleasure to deal with and communication was easy , she met us at the carpark she’d advised and walked with us to the property. Thank you for a wonderful stay

This holiday house is very nice, clean and well- equipped.

The house is located in the historical centre of Cefalù, shops, restaurants etc. are very close but is is absolutely quiet. The view is really outstanding! The owner Christiane is very kind and helpful and is always contactable. We had a perfect holiday!

Great location, views, clean & modern

We have recently returned from a wonderful stay at this apartment . A fantastic location in heart of the old town yet tranquil & a short walk to the beach. A modern & clean apartment. I can highly recommend it & would book again if returning to Cefalu.

Lovely modern apartment in historic section!

The apartment is just like the photos and description. Christiane and her husband were most helpful getting us settled and had a bottle of wine and bowl of fruit waiting for us. They went the extra mile to get situated. Very convenient location in old town at the base of the Rocca. Nicely furnished apartment with many restaurants close by. I would highly recommend this lovely apartment to friends.
