SKY WEST, BETWEEN THE BEACH AND GARDEN, JUST RENOVATED

'Sky West is a house of 60 & 70, just remodeled and renovated up to date. It adjoins our dwelling house, and two houses share access to a large garden behind (approx. 1500m2). Each has against its independent access, and beach Boisvinet is literally at the end of the street!

On the ground floor is the large living room with an open fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area overlooking a south facing terrace. A large sofa bed provides additional sleeping 140 * 200, with access to a bathroom on the ground floor (with toilet) - and thanks to an ingenious folding wooden partition, the seating area is easily transformed into a real room.

Outside access is completely closed, and children can come and go, play safe!

Upstairs are three bedrooms: Boisvinet (king size bed 180 * 200, bathroom, south facing balcony), Pil'Ours (double bed 160 * 20, bathroom) and Frog (bed 140 * 200 double and a bunk bed 90 * 200, shower, North balcony with direct access to the garden).

From a location point of view, the house is 400m from the family beach Boisvinet, and 15 minutes walk from the town center, railway station, harbor and shops.

The prices quoted reflect the rental for 7 people max (Pil'Ours Rooms and The Frog, 5 people + 2 on the ground floor).

Contact me to rent also the 3rd floor bedroom (Boisvinet), the house can seat up to 9 people.
