One bedroom apartment located on 1st floor of apartment block. Lift and stairs provide access to 1st floor.
Open plan lounge/kitchen - kitchen offers fridge, fan assisted oven, two ring hob, overhead fan and washing machine(new machine installed 2013) . The lounge area has an L shape sofa (which opens up to create a double bed) and one relaxer chair with padded headrest. Patio doors leading out to balcony which have table and chairs. TV, DVD player, CD player are provided. Balcony provides views out to Famagusta area.
The bathroom offers WC, Bath in shower and wash hand basin and Laundry bin. The apartment has a large bedroom with a double bed (new mattress) and ample storage for all guests plus air conditioning unit. Towels and Linen provided.
The apartment has been freshly decorated and furniture replaced 2012, it is the perfect location for exploring Kapparis, Paralimni and Protaras areas.

I first visited Cyprus in 1999 for a wedding in Protaras. I had visited Ayia Napa the year before but just fell in love with the Protaras area and people. I then decided to visit Cyprus every year to explore other areas such as Pernera, Troodos Mountains, Larnaca, Pervolia after feeling more and more at home and making Cypriot friends I decided to look at purchasing a holiday home in Cyprus. I looked at three properties and fell in love with the Kapparis area which is quiet and an ideal base to explore areas nearby. My apartment is situated in a quiet area and my neighbours are great!
The apartment is a home from home. Lovely quiet area set back off the road so that when you decide to leave the restaurants or bars you can come back to the apartment and relax. A real home from home with nice sofa, clean linen, comfy bed and nice balcony to relax with a drink.
Location was great. The apartment is really nice! The sofa was big and comfortable.
Very comfortable apartment for a family of four (2 + 2), with a very large bedroom.
We found it very clean and well maintained. Very well organized with useful directions how to use almost everything in it.
Directions to apartment were very accurate. Nice peaceful location. We enjoyed swimming at the Firemen Beach which is two minutes drive from apartment.
Two minutes drive you can find Just Italian restaurant. Highly recommended! Amazing pasta and pizza.
Overall the apartment is rated as perfect. It fulfilled our expectations.

This apartment had everything you need for 2 weeks in the sun. The balcony, while not huge, is bigger than it looks in the pictures and had room enough for us to sit and relax in the sun or eat a meal. If you didnt want to go out on an evening you could easily stay in and cook with all the home comforts and we found the apartment was large enough to not feel cramped like a studio would of. I would recommend a car as the nearest beach is a bit of a walk away and is not the best on the east coast of the island but buses do run if you prefer. The apartment was clean and there were plenty of extra pillows/blankets (not that we needed them). I would definitely recommend and will book again for next year.
We had an absolutely fantastic family holiday in Cyprus in September 2010 - the accommodation was excellent, had everything you needed to make it a home from home and air conditioning too!!
The really good thing about the location was you could escape the madness of the busier places and come home at night to peace and tranquility and managed to get sleep without constant coming and goings from other holiday makers.
The weather was brilliant, in the 90s every day and having this apartment made it easy to escape when we needed to to just relax.
Would highly recommend the accommodation - in fact, we are already trying to plan our next trip as soon as possible.
The directions to the apartment were very clear and easy to find, once we arrived the apartment was very clean and looked just liked what you see in the pictures. The location is a bit far from the beach shops a car is recommended but if your young and you dont mind walking the buses are ok to use and very cheap. We took buses back and forth to go to Ayia Napa for the beaches and night life. Most nights we ate in as we like the homely feeling to the apartment, ie having a washing machine it things very easy for us. the neighbours were ever so friendly, i would say becare full on the cab services you use as some of them can charge you high prices to go into town. The maximum we ever spent to go into Ayia Napa from near the apartment was €15.00 no more. It was the best ever girls holiday nice and equipt for 3 or 4 people. I would go back again as we got so use the the area.
Kapparis is an up-and-coming, peaceful and picturesque locality within easy access to the towns of Paralimni and Dherynia, and the resorts of Protaras, Pernera and Ayia Napa. Although Kapparis has supermarkets, restaurants and bars, a car is really essential for maximum pleasure, as in the UK.
The apartment is situated within easy access of Kapparis main street (Kennedy Avenue), Paralimni 2km (5 mins) and Protaras 5 km. (10 mins), Ayia Napa (15 mins). Larnaca (45 mins).
Kapparis and Protaras provides many bars, restaurants and shops whilst Paralimni is the nearest village centre and is well worth visiting, you can find the main church, supermarkets and various shops and bakeries within the village. Deryneia is also located next to paralimni and is a small village with various shops.
The nearest beach is Fishermans beach and Agia Trias beach. The famous Fig Tree Bay is located in Protaras.
