Au top ! Adresse à garder !

Merci aux propriétaires et à la Conciergerie. Ils étaient aux petits soins avant pendant et après le séjour. Personnellement, j’ai déjà réservé pour l’année prochaine, j’ai hâte ! 😀

Belle maison

Belle maison, bien équipée. Plaque à induction, lave vaisselle, beau frigo avec congelateur, suffisament de matériel de cuisine, cafetière filtre + tassimo, grille pain, plaque à crêpe électrique, jeux de société + jeux de plage pour enfants, palmes adultes, masques enfants, lit bb/jeune enfant, poussette d'enfant, air climatisée dans les chambres, moustiquaires sur les lits, laveuse, piscine au sel rafraîchissante le soir après une journée au soleil. Belle terrasse a l'abri avec grande table en teck pour les repas. Allee du calvaire avec son chemin de croix(13 au total), c'est bien d'avoir une auto pour monter (;-). Au global, très satisfait !

Magnifique vue ! Maison ideal pour les familles!

Maison tres bien équipé, tous est present ( jouet de plage, parasol, equipement de snorkeling,...), la vue est sublime,au calme vous pourrez apprecier les oisseaux. Chambre climatisée, la piscine est toujours appreciable et nettoyer par un pro une fois par semaine. Acces a la plage a proximités bienque sportif!! Le chemin porte bien son nom (calvaire!). La pente est quand meme bien raide!!(realiser a pied plusieurs fois avec de senfants de 4 et 8 ans) Au pire bienque pas trop écologique il y a un parking a la sortie du bourg. Anse d'Arlet est vraiment magnifique, c'est le coin que j'ai le plus apprécié. En résumé, je dois revenir en martinique je relourais a cette maison.

Expérience mitigée

La maison est sympa et a pas mal d’atouts (quartier calme, maison bien agencée, chambre climatisée, literie correcte, vue mer). Et d’un autre côté, beaucoup de petits problèmes agaçants qui ne devraient pas etre: lave linge en panne, wc évacuant très mal, lave-vaisselle à bout de souffle, 2 chambres sentant le moisi (probablement, maison non louée depuis un certain temps). Cela fait beaucoup pour une semaine de location... Nous ne renouvelerons pas l'experience ici.
