Fantasic Apartment

My wife , Daughter and I stayed at Luis's apartment 13May - 27 May 2018. We were collected from Malaga airport, (which was a very good gesture ) and taken to the apartment. The apartment was VERY well presented. Luis and his son showed us round the apartment and explained all the features it had,(home from home). There is a washing machine, tumble dryer, dish washer and many other items of equipment free to use. WiFi included at 300mbps (fast). The views from the apartment out to the Med are excellent as well as down to the Bil Bil area of the coast. The gardens and the pool is on the lower level, ie - 3 and are very well looked after. The apartment in the description is stated as on level 7 but that is because of the access to the gardens / pool, you are actually on level 4 from the road. Local supermarkets, bars and restaurants abound in the area. Turn right as you leave the building and walk past the Triton to the official tobacconist and purchase a bus card. You can use this to travel to Malaga, Mijas and Marbella, cheaper than paying on the bus. If you have a car there is a dedicated parking spot in a secured gated area remote controlled key fob required. Ask Luis for it. We were absolutely delighted with the apartment and hope to return. Would I recommend this apartment YES,YES and YES.

superb apartment

We have been visiting benalmadena for many years and always book accomodation through websites like yours and have had many very good apartments and just a couple that didnt meet our standards .Either with the quality of the furniture or accessories within the accomodation . When we booked this apartment it felt too good to be true going by the photographs , location and the price .When we arrived we were met by the owners , very nice people , and answered any questions that we had to ask .We didnt as we were stunned by the apartment and incredible views overlooking the med .This is the best apartment we have ever booked , the attention to detail of the furniture , furnishings ,crockery , even chairs and umbrella to take down to beach was amazing .So to sum it all up will be definitely booking again and would reccomend it to anyone .Fantastic .

Selve lejligheden er en god lejlighed med opvaskemaskine , vaskemaskine og tørretumbler. Der er ingen åben altan eller terrasse hvor man kan nyde solen eller den lune aften. Altanen er lukket med vinduer som kan åbnes til udluftning, man er tvunget til at forlade boligen hvis man skal have sol. Lejligheden er en hjørnelejlighed der ligger lige ned til en meget befærdet og støjende hovedvej. Havde vi vidst det fra start, havde vi disponeret anderledes. Selve lejligheds komplekset er spændende og anderledes byggeri, og det holdes til UG.

Wonderful holiday

This year was our fourth winter in Benalmadena and we enjoyed the area on all four occasions but this year was by far the best one yet and that was because of the beautiful apartment we rented. We initially chose it because of it's location which is on the promenade close to the water and convent for all our needs such as, buses, food stores and restaurants etc. The apartment however was the thing that made everything work so well for us. It really was everything we had hoped it would be. When we first came in the door the view was spectacular with large slider windows the entire length of the apartment which gave us a full view of the ocean and most of the Costa with sun for most of the day. The apartment itself was clean, fresh, comfortable, modern and well equipped. We had everything that we needed and Luis the owner was a very welcoming and helpful host and I would not hesitate to recommend his apartment to anyone. Greg & Anne. G.
