Close to the Ile Rousse, 400 m away from the beaches and inside a private estate with 3 wonderful beaches.

The Bergerie Muratinca offers charm, authenticity and comfort.

In a bucolic setting with views on the sea, it is equipped with a private heated pool and 2 terraces. One of them is shaded with our olive tree and is used as a living room. The other one is equipped to have dinner. Both of them (+ the teak swimming pool area) have a sea view.

It was designed to host 6/8 people. The 3 bedrooms have air-conditioning with reverse cycle.

Bed linen is particularly cared and comfortable.

2 of them have a large 160 cm bed. The 3rd one is the most spacious. It has 2 twin beds and a double sofa bed. Each bedroom has its en-suite bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, induction hobs and a side by side fridge.

A Wi-Fi access is available.

Television with Sky TV + DVD player, Hi-Fi with US connexion.

The Bergerie is located inside the very sought after marina Davina and it is located close to 2 beaches belonging to a protected area.

4 km away from the Ile Rousse and 20 km away from Calvi. The house is perfectly located for trips by car, by boat or walking. The Bergerie is enclosed with an ancient stonewall over an area of 50 acres, with no other lodging. That participates to give a bucolic aspect, full of space and serenity.
