Photos and Description of this 1 bedroom holiday studio in Levanto
In the heart of the historical centre of Levanto, in Via Garibaldi, lies a small charming house located on the third floor of a historic building. Surrounded by typical Ligurian Style ancient buildings, the house is embraced by the locals on this vibrant, picturesque street. The location of the house is pivotal in that it is less than a five minute walk to all the main shops and facilities, some of which include bakeries, pastry shops, butchers, pharmacies, supermarkets, laundry self-service, banks, bars, restaurants, pizzerias and of course, not to forget the beach and the train station. The wooden door of the building and the marble staircase leading up to the apartment, set in motion the beauty of the area. The vaulted ceilings lead to a bright and quiet apartment that overlook roofs, gardens and orchards, a classic italian sight. The apartment is fully furnished with both heating and air conditioning. The main room includes both a double and single sofa-bed, both of which are made of ecological wood. There is also a dining table with four chairs, a wardrobe and a bookcase with a television. The room is attached to a small kitchen which is fully equipped with gas, an electric oven, a ceramic sink and furniture including a pantry.
