Attention to detail required
This was expensive accommodation and hence one would expect a high level of service especially for a short two night stay. There are a few reasons I would give this a 3 and not a 4.
1) The kitchen light didn’t work as we arrived when it was dark, and had a hecetic schedule there was no time to complain but as a minimum I expect all bulbs to checked prior to a stay.
2) No oustide light, candles should be provided on the balcony
3) Parking number wasn’t highlighted prior to check in, this information was only found in the information pack
4) The picture on the website clearly shows steps to access to beach from the balcony, this is not the case. We had to ask locals for access and they were hesitant to allowus access at which point I had to message the agent.
