This condo has a large mud room off the entrance, a rare find for condo space! After an adventurous day on the slopes or a long day out in town, you will have the convenience and ease of access to store your gear! Excellent stay, will return.
Property was very confortable, perfectly maintained and stocked with everything you may need in a rental home. Communications with the Property Manager and instructions to check in and manage the essentials of the house were very clear. This unit is located very close to the Quicksilver lift in the base of peak 9, but the 5 minute walk can be slippery if there is too much ice/snow. We opted for taking our car to the Gondola Lots (8 minute drive) and going up from there to the base of peaks 7 and 8. A plus from this property is the heated underground garage, which helps keep your car close, clean and free of snow. Me, my wife and 12 year old kid had a very good time and felt al home in this property, so we plan on going back in the future.

Great location! Short walk to rental shops and Quicksilver lift. Lots of dining and shopping very nearby. Well-stocked with all the essentials. Stylish renovation. Secure garage parking directly under unit a plus for unloading and loading suitcases and gear.

Excellent Stay in Breckenridge!
This home was perfect for our family of 5! We were able to walk to peak 9 with our skis each day and walk to town each evening too! The condo was very clean and the host was easy to contact when we had questions about the parking garage. We will be staying here again!

Great condo! Great location!
We always stay in this neighborhood when visiting Breck. 5 minute walk to the Quicksilver lift/peak 9 base village. 5 minute walk to downtown. This particular unit in the Columbine was great! The recent remodel/refresh makes the unit stand out from others. Any questions we had or issues that came up the property manager was very accessible and quick to respond.
