The Ajoncs villa is located in an exceptional environment. From the living room you have a sea view; the villa has all the qualities necessary to make of your stay a pleasant break. The decoration and the furniture have been elected according to the good offices of an interior decorator for a warmer and cosier atmosphere. Built in Plougrescant, in the heart of the wild coast of the gorse bushes, the villa is located in a very quiet place, area which has not been touched by the property frenzy. The beautiful island of Bréhat is located a few kilometres away as well as the Pink Granite Coast. South-east facing, the villa has 5 suites with en-suite bathroom or shower room. The heated pool measures 8x4 m. The spa can receive 6 people. A hammam was also made, perfect solution to eliminate all the stress generated by the daily problems. The villa has been built on a dead end. A path uniquely for pedestrians leads directly to the sea.
