Assolutamente consigliato

L'appartamento e' di recente ristrutturazione, sapientemente arredato in stile rustico-provenzale.
Gli ampi spazi comuni hanno fatto si che, nonostante fossimo in 9, ci si potesse vivere in modo confortevole e adeguato.
Impagabile il bel cortile interno, un po' il cuore dell'appartamento, su cui tutte le finestre interne affacciano: consigliatissimo come lluogo dove mangiare, tempo permettendo...
Le camere sono molto spaziose, sia le matrimoniali che la camera con i letti singoli.
L'appartamento affaccia su una via molto tranquilla, vicino a negozi, e a 5 minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria di Cannes: il lungomare e' a 10 minuti di passeggiata nelle rue piu' caratteristiche della citta'.
Assolutamente consigliato per gruppi di amici o famiglie numerose.

Merveilleuse semaine !!!!

"Nous avons été totalement séduits par cette location, tant pour son charme, son confort, ses équipements, sa situation au calme tout en étant à deux pas de l''animation cannoise et de sa plage. un grand merci à Sylvie pour sa gentillesse, sa disponiblité et sa sympathie ! Seule petite remarque: il serait appréciable soit de pouvoir ouvrir la fenetre de la cuisine, soit d''y installer un ventilateur ou une climatisation car notre pauvre cuisinier a beaucoup souffert de la chaleur qui règne dans cette pièce. Ceci est un détail qui ne nous empechera pas d''y retourner l''été prochain !!!!"

Owner's Response: Nous sommes ravis que notre appartement vous ait plus et que vous ayez passé un agréable séjour à Cannes. En ce qui concerne votre remarque judicieuse sur la fenêtre, nous avons fait le nécessaire pour que la fenêtre puisse s'ouvrir, en effet, elle s'était condamnée suite aux travaux de peintures réalisés auparavant sur la façade.
C'est avec grand plaisir que Sylvie vous accueillera, à nouveau, au mois d'août prochain.

Bella casa, padrona da rivedere

- La casa rispecchia la descrizione in tutto eccetto che per il numero di posti letto: ci sono 9 letti più un materasso futon ma l’undicesima persona dovrebbe dormire sul divano in pelle.
- La pulizia alla consegna era accettabile ma niente di più (soprattutto per la cucina): per questo motivo abbiamo deciso di pulirla noi.
- Nota negativa invece per la padrona di casa: all’arrivo si ostinava a parlare francese nonostante le nostre richieste di parlare in inglese (lingua che conosce), è stata da subito indisponente e sembrava scocciata per qualsiasi cosa le chiedessimo. Alla partenza le pretese finali sulla pulizia della casa erano di gran lunga superiori alle condizioni in cui ci è stata consegnata (pretendeva pavimenti in cotto e giardino luccicanti) e ci ha obbligato a pagare le spese di pulizia, il tutto condito da ripetuti insulti in francese.
- La casa è a 5 minuti dal mare e dalla Croisette e molto vicino ai negozi e alla stazione.
GIUDIZIO FINALE: sconsigliamo la casa a chi non parla francese e, soprattutto, sconsigliamo la pulizia: in un modo o nell’altro riuscirà a pretendere le spese quindi risparmiate tempo fin da subito.

Owner's Response: Nous sommes surpris par l'appréciation négative des jeunes vacanciers sur notre voisine, gérante d'un hôtel et qui a toute notre confiance pour la remise des clés et la vérification de nos appartements à Cannes De plus, installée depuis 15 ans à Cannes, elle a l'habitude d'accueillir des clients étrangers, s'exprime pourtant couramment en anglais et fait toujours son maximum pour les locataires.

-L'appartement possède 11 couchages, les locataires n'ont pas ouvert le canapé lit convertible pour 2 personnes dans le salon !!

- L'appartement doit être rendu parfaitement propre pour les clients suivants. Si ce n'est pas le cas, la gérante de l'hôtel propose aux locataires de refaire ce qui ne va pas, si ce n'est toujours pas satisfaisant, le forfait ménage est réclamé.
En général, les jeunes locataires (18 -25 ans) estiment que le ménage est fait mais après vérification ce n'est pas suffisant.

-Seuls 2 forfaits ménage ont été réclamés pour les 5 appartements que nous avons loués durant toute la période d'été et dans les deux cas c'était des groupes de jeunes .

Nous avons apprécié le calme de ce quartier et la localisation de l'appartement près de tous les principaux centres d'intérêt de la ville. Très pratique : on gare sa voiture et tout peut se faire à pied.
L'appartement, au rez-de-chaussé, est très spacieux, extrêmement propre et entièrement rénové.
Etat impeccable !
