Villa Verità holiday apartments: the perfect ambiance for a romantic holiday and ideal starting point to discover the treasures of the region only 10 min far from Verona city centre and Arena and 20 min far from lake Garda

On the second floor of the Villa, historical site dating back to 15th century, a charming holiday apartment of about 60 m2 called Villa Verità,

On the third floor of the tower Colombara of the Villa, dating back to 14th century, an amazing spacious holiday studio, called La Colombara di Villa Verità,

Further details:: In the neighbourhood of Villa Verità there are several 'trattorie' which can be easily reached even by foot.

A supermarket is only 200 m far as well as shops and bars in the near village. Verona and Arena city centre are only 10 min far. Lake Garda only 20 km.

Beside Verona airport (Valerio Catullo), other airports can be used as well to reach the area: Venice airport (110 km), Treviso airport (130km), Milan Orio al Serio (100 km).

It consists of a double bedroom with bathroom/shower and living with divan bed (cm140x180) and kitchenette. Air conditioning. Private entrance. For our guests there is an exclusive corner in the garden and a parking place for the car

    Payment: 30% of rent is to be paid at the moment of booking as deposit. The remainder is due cash upon arrival. On receipt of the deposit the booking is definitive
    Changeover day arrival and departure: flexible. Short stay with a minimum of 2 nights.
    Unless otherwise agreed, the check-in is between 2.00pm to 8.00pm and the Check-out by 10.00am. Anyone with a late flight and wishing to leave their luggage somewhere for the day, are requested to liaise with the owner.
  • Discounts:Villa Verità offers discounted rates throughout the year: 5% off for guests that book a week or more with one year advance - 10% off for guests that stay for 2 weeks (valid during mid-season) - 15% off for guests that stay for 3 or more weeks (valid during mid-season periods) - 20% off for last minute bookings (1 week before the arrival date) (valid during mid-season periods)
    During high summer season, a bottle of family's wine included in weekly rate.
    For 1 or 2 nights stay:+15% .
  • Cancellation and early termination  
    If the tenant terminates the contract before the rental period starts and doesn’t name a replacement that accepts the same terms, then they are responsible for paying the following percentages of the rental price to cover costs (excl. cleaning), as long as a further rental is not possible:
    Termination -   
    up to 49 days before rental period: -    10 % of rental price
    up to 35 days before rental period: -    30 % of rental price
    up to 21 days before rental period: -    60 % of rental price
    up to 14 days before rental period: -    90 % of rental price
    otherwise (less than 14 days before rental period)-100 % of rental price.

  • The double bedroom (30m²) is equipped with antique family furniture (wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves) and the windows overlook the northern part of the park, the old village of Arbizzano and Monte Baldo in the distance. The living room (25m²) is furnished with a sofa-bed (cm140x180) and a table with 4 chairs, LCD flat tv, wired internet connection. The two small round windows overlook the southern part of the garden. The whole apartment has a wooden beam ceiling. The peculiar staircase to reach the apartment, has large and very low stone’s steps which allowed in the past donkeys to carry corn and grain up to the granary.

Nice vacation in Italy

We stayed in Villa Verita a week in july 2008 (Family of 2 adults and 2 children). We really enjoyed traditional italian atmosphere, quietness, nice owners and useful property location. From this place we made trips to Verona (less than 10 km), lake Garda area (about 25 km), Venice (about 115 km). The only one thing might be improved there - kitchen space would be a little bit larger. But all needed facilities were present. Thanks a lot for Genevra and her familty for their hospitality.

Dear Ginevra, we did almost everything by walking. What a beautiful area.. It was all green when we got here and the leaves turned into colour during our stay. We know many streets and hills around here now. The next time a rental car may be useful to get further. Thank for your hospitality and best wishes!
