The Marina is a twenty minute walk along the Paseo. The town of Arroyo de la Miel, Tivoli World fun park, La Paloma park, railway station, the Friday market, Sea Life are all within walking distance. There are lots of bars, restaurants and a couple of supermarkets nearby. There is also a bus stop and telephone kiosk just outside the apartments. As this apartment is 'on the flat' with no hills to climb it is suitable for those with walking difficulties.

Good value for money

I really enjoyed my stay - it is a very nice area and in walking distance to everything - the apartment was clean and there is everything you need - only thing is that beds in the second bedroom are a little hard. The owner Juan is very helpful and responded on my mails very quickly, i arrived late in the evening and he had bought milk, bread, wine, beer etc. etc w/o extra costs - very good service- i can only recommend this property.

Superbe séjour

Notre séjour sur la Costa Del Sol a été merveilleux, et l'appartement que nous a proposé Juan tout à fait agréable et superbement bien situé sur front de mer, juste en face des plages, du paséo maritimo que nous avons maintes fois emprunté au son des vagues, en longeant de nombreux restaurants et ginguettes où il fait bon s'asseoir pour gouter des spécialités locales ou simplement se rafraichir le palais.Juan a été un hôte tout à fait charmant et prévenant.Que de plaisir à simplement regarder la mer, de la terrasse de l'appartement !.L'appartement se situe dans un immeuble fort bien tenu et très calme :un vrai bonheur!! . Vu la période de notre séjour, nous n'avons pas utilisé la piscine, mais celà faisait envie.Un élément de confort supplémentaire, c'est la place de parking sous-terrain. Un grand merci à Juan pour sa gentilesse et son sens de l'accueil.

My wife, myself and our Aunt have stayed at this apartment before. The owner Juan is extremely helpful and most welcoming and we always look forward to staying there. It is in a beautiful spot on the Benalmadena Costa (just across the road from the beach) and the Apartment is very clean and comfortable and is very well maintained.

We would highly recommend the apartment to our friends and family and we look forward to staying there again next year.

just stayed at the costamar and we really enjoyed

just stayed at costamar 2 adults and 2 children. the apartment was very clean in the perfect location fot the beach and right in the centre of the resort. it was quiet at night though. a fantastic resort for all ages. juan the owner made us feel very welcome and very helpfull with all enquiries. the only downside was there were no sunbeds round the pool. the pool area was very clean , had a life guard showers and it closed for an hour and half in the afternoon which we then went to palomo park which is only 10 mins walk away and it is very nice there.

Splendid experience.

My Family (I, my wife and two kids) were staying at the home of Juan for 1 week. It was spectacular. Juan is a very kind and generous host. Received us with all affection, offering drinks and amenities at our arrival (arriving from a long trip and receive champagne in the fridge was a privilege) exposing everything that was in the house, while offering us information about the site and other sites that could meet . Your apartment is very comfortable, privileged location, with very, very few trade steps. No need to use the car for nothing. Wi-Fi and TV and perfect! Hopefully one day we can return to enjoy the hospitality of Juan. Recommend!

This apartment is on the beach front, in the nice Town of Benalmadena Costa, within walking distance to all the facilities, there are lots of bars, restaurants and a couple of supermarkets nearby. There is also a bus stop and telephone kiosk just outside the apartments. As this apartments building is 'on the flat' with no hills to climb it is suitable for those with walking difficulties.

The Costa del Sol stretches along just over 150 kilometres of Málaga province and is one of Spain's most popular tourist destinations. The area's mild climate is the root attraction that makes it possible to enjoy the beaches and a wide variety of outdoor activities year round.
