Our 2cottages 'L'Oustal' and 'Le Chalet' are situated in the heart of black Perigord.

Nestled around the 18th century church, Valojoulx, small medieval village, is situated in South East France. 1km away from the Chateau de Losse and the Vezere Valley, which is on Unesco World Heritage list. 4km away from the Lascaux caves, 7km away from Montignac, nearby Sarlat and Les Eyzies, Le Jardin d'Eden is a small haven of peace in the middle of luscious vegetation.

The Oustal is part of a beautiful 18th century country house. This typical Périgord home, with its exposed old oak beams and stones, has been carefully furbished and decorated in order to preserve its authenticity and conviviality, integrating the comfort of all the modern conveniences. It is ideally located on a peaceful setting and overlooks, on one side, the landscaped park and the swimming pool and, on the other, the 13rd century church (whose bells hardly ever ring). It is perfect for a couple with children. A heaven for the whole family: Leisure activities for children (many games like table tennis, swing, basketball, volleyball and football), and perfect for parents to rest in the landscaped garden with swimming pool. The pool is entirely fenced and secured with an alarm. There are deckchairs, coffee tables and sunshades. We are in the south-west of France, 1km from the Castle of Losse and the valley of the Vézère River (an UNESCO world heritage site), 4km from the Lascaux caves, 7km from Montignac, and close to Sarlat and the Eyzies.
