Not less than 5 windows for this small flat under the roofs of Paris nearby immediate of the underground Métro GAMBETTA, Métro Père LACHAISE and a bike station 'VELIB'.

PARIS centre 'intramuros' is one little city ; all monuments of Paris are approachable very fast by 'Métro'.

wunderschöne, ruhige Wohnung

Diese Wohnung ist ein Glücksgriff. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig.Die Wohnung war für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Jugendliche durchaus ausreichend. Obwohl mitten in der Stadt ist sie sehr ruhig gelegen.Perfekte Ausstattung auf hohem Niveaux, liebevoll restauriert, sehr sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Der Blick über Paris ist unbeschreiblich schön. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert er hat uns mit Infomaterial über die besten Bäcker usw. versorgt.. In ca 1,5 km Entfernung gibt es ein relativ günstiges Parkhaus, Parkplätze sind aber auch vor dem Haus (zumindest im August). Die Nahversorgung ist kein Problem alles mit maximal 10 min Fußmarsch zu erledigen. Sogar ein Einkaufstrolley ist vorhanden. Rundum die perfekte Wohnung für einen Parisaufenthalt. Die Wohnung war einfach toll und sehr sauber. Die U-Bahn-Station, die Lebensmittelgeschäfte, die Bäckerei - man könnte alles zu Fuß erreichen. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Uns fehlte einfach nichts.

El piso es un pequeño ático, totalmente reformado con mucho mimo y muy buenas vistas. Está situado en un barrio tranquilo y a pocas paradas de metro del centro de Paris. Un lugar muy acogedor y recomendable para parejas para disfrutar de una escapada por Paris.

Wunderbare Aussicht über Paris!

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung in einem sehr angenehmen und ruhigen Quartier. Die Wohnung im achten Stock mit Sicht über fast ganz Paris ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Angaben und die Fotos von Marc sind absolut zutreffend. Wir haben das Jahresende wirklich geniessen können. 5-6 Vélib Velostationen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung und mit dem Velo ins Stadtzentrum zu fahren, dauert nur gute 10 Minuten (Hinweg zu empfehlen: Chemin de Vert, Rückweg Rue de Oberkampf). Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet, es hat alles, was es braucht. Das Badezimmer mit seiner Beleuchtung hat mir speziell gut gefallen. Der Empfang durch den Gastgeber war herzlich und angenehm, im Vorfeld gab es unkomplizerten Kontakt und die Fragen wurden umgehend von Marc beantwortet. Einfach schön, vielen Dank!

Nous en sommes à notre deuxième séjour dans cette location, et nous pensons y retourner. L'accueil par le propriétaire est exceptionnel, la situation géographique pour visiter Paris est idéale.
