Lite problematiskt att få nycklar. Personen som lämnade över kunde endast franska och spanska. Relativt bra städat, men rumsdispositionen stämde inte helt. Ac i vardagsrum funkade ej bra, poolen hade en hel del skräp i botten och för lite vatten, garageporten kärvade, tydlig fuktdoft i källaren, vägen till huset var rätt krånglig och stundtals full av potthål. Bortsett från detta: underbart hus, svårslagen utsikt, tillräckligt med solstolar. Saknade dock grill/utekök.

Schönes Haus mit toller Sicht, Ruhe und Erholung.

wir (4 Personen: 2 Erwachsene und 2 erwachsene Töchter) haben uns in diesem schönen Haus wunderbar erholt. In einer ruhigen Sackgasse am Hang des Montgo Berges hat man eine schöne Sicht auf Denia incl. Burg. Ca. 1,5km entfernt findet man den Consum Supermarkt neben dem Lidl. Der Pool war herrlich und wurde einmal die Woche gereinigt und auf den richtigen Chlorgehalt getestet. Neben dem großen Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein Schlafzimmer mit einem 2*2m großen Bett sowie ein weiteres Zimmer mit 3 Einzelbetten. Gästetoilette und Badezimmer mit Dusche und 2 Waschbecken sowie Waschmaschine und 2000W Fön!. Alles ist gefliest und somit leicht zu reinigen. WLAN, Handtücher und Bettwäsche sowie sämtliche Energiekosten -selbst für die Klimanalagen - sind im Mietpreis inclusive !! Hinter dem Schlafzimmer gibt es eine weitere kleine Terrasse zum separaten Studio mit einem Doppelbett (160*200) und eigenem Bad mit Dusche und WC. Von der Küche geht es hinaus auf die erhöhte Terrasse und über die Treppe zum Pool mit genügend Liegen und Stühlen und einer Beschattung. Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht (Ceran, Backofen, Geschirrspühler, Microwelle, DolceGusto Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine, Kühl/Gefrierkombi, Toaster und Standixer. Leider ist die Küche selbst recht alt und sollte demnächst ersetzt werden. Auch scharfe Messer und Kaffeebecher haben uns gefehlt. Neben dem Wohnzimmer rechts ist auch ein Wintergarten mit Kamin, Trimmrad und einer Massageliege vorhanden. Davor haben wir auf einer weiteren Terrasse den Abend genossen. Im Garten konnten wir Feigen, Weintrauben und Zitronen ernten! Mit einer renovierten Küche und einem neuen Anstrich von aussen wäre das Haus ein Juwel. Der Vermieter ist Franzose und die Betreuung vor Ort kann nur spanisch oder französich. Dennoch wurde alles auch in englisch schriftlich geklärt und eine englisch sprechende Freundin beim Empfang organisiert. Kleine technische Probleme mit Internet und AirCondition wurden sofort behoben. Zum schönen Starnd von Les Marines sind es ca. 10 Autominuten (3km) Man kann direkt an den Strand fahren und kostenlos parken. Für 2 Liegen und Schirm zahlt man 12 EUro/Tag. Wir haben unsere eigenen mitgenommen. Gut und preiswert essen kann man im Hafenviertel zwischen den kleinen farbenfrohen Häusern. Auch das indische Restaurant Kathmandu beim Strand ist als Abwechslung zu empfehlen. Der Urlaub im eigenen Haus war ein Traum! Kein All-Inclusive Fress- und Sauf-Gelage! Ruhe und Erholung PUR!!!
