About Riccardo Fanciulli
I am 42 years old.. clearly I didn't purchase this ohuse in 1897 :)
This is my family home. I have lived and worked in several countries, among which: France, USA, Germany, The Netherlands.
I grew up in Viareggio and was born not 10km from Le Magnolie.
Riccardo Fanciulli purchased this house in 1897
Why Riccardo Fanciulli chose Viareggio
My family has owned and lived in this house for three generations.
But hey! make no mistakes, it's been fully renovated in 2012 !
It's in top shape :-)
What makes this house unique
Location location location, and...
sitting outside sipping a cold beer under the palm tree , and... sleeping in the cool with the remote-controlled climatization system
Elegance, location, a little hidden garden (where you can drink a beer at the end of the day with your loved ones), comfort (have you seen the shower? did I mention the remote-controlled top quality air conditioning or the large flat screen?)
Another great advantage? You WON'T need a car, even if you intend to do some serious sightseeing, just walk up o the bus station some 800 m away and in an hr you're in Florence, in 20 min in Lucca. Want to take the ferry to Cinque Terre? Just walk up to the port (a 15 min walk?.. no, take it easy and have an ice cream along the way and take 20 minutes :)
