Fantastic terrace

Fantastic apartment for the 2 of us with an amazing terrace overlooking the city and the hills to the northwest. Even in February, we had all of our meals on the terrace. There is also a view towards the sea from the large kitchen window. Brilliant communications with Francesco. Well-equipped apartment, very clean and as described. Small elevator plus one set of stairs. Very close to supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. Very close to the Parc de le Ciutadella and the zoo. Easy 15 – 20 minute walk to the beach and the Sagrada Familia. A bit further to the city centre. Easy access to the excellent public transport network including trams, buses, metro and suburban railway. We used a 5 day (120 hour) travel pass which included transfers to and from the airport (by metro only – changing at Torrassa). We also visited Montjuic (castle and Olympic park), Tibidabo (church, amazing views and amusement park) and Parc Guell.

Excellent penthouse!

Really enjoyed our stay at this apartment, perfect for our family of 3. Everything you need for a relaxing stay is on hand all made better by Francesco who was a great host offering friendly helpful advice to enhance our trip. The views from the terrace are amazing at sunset, can't fault the place. Cheers Francesco! hope to visit again, Laurence & family.

Short spring stay

The apartment has been designed beautifully and the brand new kitchen is very smart. It is so well equipped, there is everything you could wish for. The terrace is so unusual in the middle of the city, with the a view of the Sagrada Familial, it is a real find.

Amazing Apartment in Perfect Position!

We stayed in February and, everything was perfect. Couldn't have wished for a better, more attentive host or, a better position for the apartment. Less than five minutes walk to the most beautiful Parc Cuitadella where locals dance on Sundays. Fifteen minutes walk to the sea and, only a little longer to the Sagrada. We also walked to Parc Guell. A bit of a stretch but well worth it. Francesco is a mine of information on everything to make your stay more enjoyable and, if you can't bear to drag yourself away from the balcony and its views, there is a brand new state of the art kitchen to prepare cosy meals 'at home' and, those important 'Sundowners'! Thank you Francesco for making our first time in Barcelona so enjoyable. We will certainly return.
