About this property

The entire property is rented for exclusive use, and it is located in a panoramic position, with a 360 ° view from the mountains to the valley Lucretili north east of Rome, on top of a hill. Quiet and secluded, in the middle of a farm of 10 hectares planted with olive trees. Large swimming pool, located in a dominant position. Historical House (1800) restored with original materials and according to the dictates of ecological design by architects in 2010. The house consists of two modules; up to 8 guests only one module will be open, consisting of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Over 8 guests the second module will be open, with total of 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

Beautiful Property

Beautiful house in stunning location with 360 degree panoramic views. 2 families had plenty of space to spread out and the pool was larger than average. The pictures don’t really do the property justice-would highly recommend!

Fabulous house with a view!

Our party of 7 stayed here for 2 weeks in August and we had an amazing time. Our flight was delayed into the early hours but we were still met with a warm welcome from owners Adriano and Christina, with some welcome gifts as an added bonus. We had no issues during our stay and I would definitely recommend this house to others. A car is advisable but not essential and it is relatively easy to get into Rome either by car and train or bus. The pool was cleaned regularly and the house had everything that we needed. Palombara Sabina is a short drive away and there are some great places to eat. Thank you for making us feel so welcome!

It is a stunning house with amazing views!

This property is stunning the photos do not do its justice. The house is very big with plenty of space inside and out. And the view from the house is amazing. The owners Adriano and Cristina were very nice and met us when we arrived to show us around and answered any questions we had. Communications with Adriano was good prior to and during our stay. There was an issue with the washing machine and Adriano arranged for someone to come and fix it on the same day. The house is only a couple of minutes drive from Palombara Sabina where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. And Rome can be easily reached by 15 minutes in the car + half hour train ride. It was a lovely holiday home and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely house and pool

Great size house for 6 adults and 2 children, lots of space for everyone. Lovely and peaceful with great views, and the pool is huge! Easy day trips to Rome and Tivoli. Cristina and Adriano were really welcoming and patient when our flight was delayed. A fabulous place to go!

"Last year we stayed in o...

"Last year we stayed in only part of the property and liked it so much we came back with 5 other couples and rented all the property. There was ample room for everyone without getting in each others way. The property had been improved since our last stay with better gas hobs in the kitchen. Unfortunately the weather was not as good as last year so there was not a lot of sunbathing. However the town of Tivoili only a few miles away provides plenty of history and things to do. Some of party travelled to Rome on the train which is very easy to do. This is a great location to relax and also see the sights of Rome and Tivoli. We hope to come back yet again."
