The house Bista Eder has 2 studio apartments and three guest rooms.

The Studio Larrau and Irraty can be rented independently. You can choose at the top of this page the tab corresponding for each of one. Please check availabilities and rates.

Maison Bista Eder (Nice view in French) is an authentic basque house, facing south, overlooking the ocean and just minutes walk from the beach at Bidart Erretegia. Quiet, away from noise, it is located 50 meters from a small commercial center with bakery, bank, and grocery store.

You can easily park on the street along the house.

Living room with television; fully equipped kitchen with microwave, 4 hobs cooker, extractor hood, refrigerator, coffee machine, crockery, etc). 1 bathroom with toilet and shower. This studio is ideally laid out for a couple (140x220 bed).

Exceptional location, 5 minutes away from the secured beach of Erretegia and 100 meters away from the shops (bakery, grocery) and from the stop bus to Biarritz, Bayonne, Anglet, and St-Jean-de-Luz.

Relax or have a peaceful lunch on the large and sunny south west oriented terrace.

  • The rates quoted are for the whole accommodation and for the maximum number of persons (tourist tax included).
    Additional services:
    Sheets and bathroom tenancy: 20 Euros per person and per week.
    Final cleaning: 40 Euros.

    A first down payment of 30 percent will be paid upon booking and the balance will be paid upon arrival. The security deposit of 500 Euros will have to be paid upon arrival after the inventory and will be refunded 7 days after the check-out inventory.

    Accepted payment methods: cash or cheques.
  • Rentals are for a minimum of 7 nights and start on Saturdays. The studio is available from 3.00 pm upon arrival and has to be vacated before 10.00 am upon departure.

    Small pets are allowed: 45 Euros per week.
  • Contractual booking deposit: 30% rent
  • Damage deposit: €500.00

This apartment was fantastic! It was so close to the beach, and the studio is less than a minute away from a little supermarket and bakery. And the studio has a wonderful terrace to watch the sunset. The owner is wonderful and very, very helpful and friendly! She helped make the trip. It is also only 10 minutes away from the Biarritz Airport. My boyfriend and I had an absolutely incredible time and I would highly recommend to any future travelers! Not a bad thing to say about it.
