The outdoor area and pool terrace of Aestas Residence covers 400 sq. m. offers to its guests, everything they may imagine, when dreaming of a peaceful summer holiday! To start with, the scenery offers relaxation and peace of mind and body…the view of Psiloritis Mountain hills on one hand and the magnificent view of the wide blue sea on the other!

On the stone paved terrace, guests will find a gorgeous private swimming pool of 30m2 1.4 meters deep, with a special children's compartment 0.5 meters deep! The space is equipped with lovely wooden sun beds and umbrellas. To make thing even better, an amazing spa whirlpool (not heated), exists right next to the pool! Enjoy the sun and fresh country air all day long and get the wonderful tan you've always wanted!

Next to the pool and spa whirlpool, a unique shaded dining area equipped with wooden tables and comfortable chairs, ideal for al fresco dining or just relaxation awaits you! Prepare your meal at the BBQ facilities and the traditional oven available and spend some quality time with your family and friends!

Aestas Residence also features a wonderful lawn covered private garden, where your kids will love to play and sit under the tree’s shade on the fabric cot and the hammock! Ground Floor
Aestas Residence is a superb Villa of 180 sq. m. and features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, which can accommodate up to 11 guests. On the ground floor of the villa you will find the first living room, the fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms (one featuring a double bed and one featuring two single beds that can be joined to form a king size bed). Furthermore a bathroom with a bathtub also exists on this level! This level offers direct access to the pool terrace!

First Floor
An outdoor stair leads to the first floor of the property where you will find a spacious living room with an open fireplace and doors leading to to a wonderful, big veranda! Furthermore, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a twin bedroom with a separate balcony and a bathroom can be found at the same level! All rooms are tastefully decorated, creating a cozy, homely atmosphere!

Second Floor
Indoor stairs lead the guests to the upper floor, where there is one more twin bedroom and one double bedroom, which share a big balcony with a breathtaking view of the area, sea and blue sky! Another bathroom also exists on the first floor! Aestas Residence, with its sunny and airy interiors gives out freshness, a beautiful feeling of the country side and a promise of a carefree holiday!

Aestas Residence is located in the wonderful village of Prinos, offering a great location, as you have the opportunity to visit all the well-known beaches and sightseeing spots of Rethymno with your car, taking only 5 to 20 minutes maximum.

Guests can find a beautiful sandy beach, located in Skaleta area, which is only 3 minutes away by car. Also, in Skaleta there are all the shops that you might need, such as super markets, taverns, cafes, small shops, an ATM machine, a petrol station and various other facilities.

Also in Sfakaki and Stavromenos, which are just 6 minutes driving you will find a super market, a bakery, a butcher’s shop and a pharmacy.

Prinos village is among olive and orange trees and offers an amazing view of Psiloritis mountain, as well as unique sea views!
