About this property

Bright and airy apartment, elegantly but simply furnished and very well equipped to accommodate up to 6 people in full comfort, it is located exactly half way from Rialto to San Marco, in a top central position and with a lovely view on a small canal.

Two large bedrooms, one with king bed and the other one with twin beds, two bathrooms one with tub and shower and the second with shower, a comfortable large double sofabed in the living room, separate, fully equipped kitchen, a storage closet with washing machine and dryer.

Free and reliable air conditioning and wifi.

A number of shops is just outside the door: supermarket, bakery, greengrocer, a pharmacy and two banks are just in front of the apartment and the Rialto fish and vegetable market is 5 min. by walk, an internet point is just in front of your entrance.

The apartment is first floor, no lift but very few steps to climb.

The closest vaporetto stop is Rialto but the apartment is not far from Fondamente Nove if you would like to visit Murano, Burano or Torcello.

In less than five minutes you can reach from here both San Marco square and area and Rialto bridge and market.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage ist super zentral, mit Blick auf den Kanal und eine Piazza. Die Wohnung war genauso wie im Internet beschrieben. Die Kommunikation hat bestens funktioniert. Würde diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Changement de logement quelques jours avant. Mais confirmation par Abritel pour l ancienne réservation. La nouvelle n était pas sur Abritel. Un peu stressant au moment de partir. Pas de réelle 2eme chambre. Plutôt une chambre d enfants ou d appoint.

Appartement très agréable

Une charnière défectueuse sur un meuble de la cuisine: seule petite ombre au tableau, le reste est excellent. Chambres spacieuses, excellente literie, chauffage efficace. Et la situation, dans une belle demeure (appelée avec à propos Ca' Formosa...), est très agréable, même si la proximité immédiate d'un canal fréquenté par de multiples gondoles se fait entendre le matin, à l'heure de la barge des ordures ménagères! Mais cela contribue à l'idée de vivre quelques jours à Venise comme un vénitien...

Très bien. Conforme aux photos et au descriptif. Très bien situé

Un seul bemol: l'accueil par Paolo qui a regardé 2 femmes monter 2 lourdes valises sans la moindre velléité de les aider et qui a donné le minimum d'informations, pressé de partir
