Very nice and spacious apartment in Badalona just 3 km from Barcelona.
The rent in high season of July and August is only made Saturday to Saturday. If it is not between Saturdays, please make a "Contact the owner” and check their dates (without making a reservation request to speak with the owner)

Perfect for what we needed

The communication throughout was great. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming. The apartment was clean, tidy and well furnished with all the facilities we need. Good proximity to local amenities with a lovely bakery down the road. Thank you very much!

Отличные аппартаменты

Останавливались с семьей на неделю, с целью посмотреть достопримечательности Барселоны. Аппартаменты полностью оправдали наши ожидания, все соответствовало описанию. Не сказать, что место расположение очень хорошее, но и не плохое. До метро 10 минут ходьбы, одна станция в крутую горку но поближе, другая подальше но с горки. До центра Барселоны в зависимости куда конкретно нужно от 30 до 60 минут езды. Рядом есть парк, много кафешек, магазинчиков с выпечкой и небольших продуктовых. До моря тоже можно либо дойти за 40 минут либо доехать на автобусе за 20.

Die Wohnung hat leider wenig Annehmlichkeiten. Die Betten sind wahrscheinlich schon seit mehreren Jahren durchgelegen und benötigen neue Matratze. Die Küche eignet sich gerade einmal zum Lagern von Bestecks und Teller. Die Dusche bedarf einer neuen Beschreibung. Alt, schimmelbefallen und wechselnde Temperaturen machen das Duschen zu einer Notwendigkeit. Es wird angegeben, dass die Reinigung nicht berechnet wird, es wird aber Licht angegeben, dass man auf die Sauberkeit des Vormieters angewiesen ist. Denn sonst erfahrt die Wohnung keine Reinigung. Wir reisen viel und haben uns selten so unwohl gefühlt. Und das auch noch für die Summe. Hier wird der Gast gemolken

Logement fonctionnel et très propre.situé a une dizaine de minutes du métro permettant de relier Barcelone centre en 25 minutes environ. Logement bien équipé. Accueil sympathique et a l écoute.

Great place for a family

This property is a great place for a family to stay. I stayed for a week with my two children and it was so nice to have space to ourselves, yet a common area to eat dinner and hang out. The neighborhood is great. Stores and restaurants are literally right around the corner. We felt safe in the neighborhood walking around during the day and in the evenings. The neighborhood has graffitti, don't let that put you off! Graffiti is in many urban areas around the world. In this neighborhood you will see families, mothers walking their children to school, children playing futbol in the streets, friends meeting and having a few drinks at the local cafes. It's about a 20 minute or so Metro ride from many of the tourist areas. Well worth the stay.
