Quite and peaceful, fountains and landscaping parl like setting. Everything was quite nice and very relaxing after a hard day.

Chico Getaway

This property is fantastic. It was perfect for our stay over Thanksgiving. Wonderful neighborhood, easy access to all of Chico.

Nice, quiet property that meet our needs for Holiday stay near family

We are a mature couple needing accommodations for holiday visit with family in the Chico area. This property served our needs nicely. It is in a quiet neighborhood with privacy. It was much more comfortable than staying in a motel with the amenities of a home and was reasonable priced. We would recommend the property for couples with similar needs.
