In the heart of Montpellier, the house is ideally situated since it is only 10 minutes away from Place de la Comédie and less than 15 minutes away from the sea and its fine sand beaches.
It is really convenient because you've got everything nearby and can easily walk to the best bakery in Montpellier, supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants ... The bus is just on the other side of the road.
You will be charmed by the 10 m x 3.5 m mirror swimming pool with gray coating which gives a particularly beautiful, natural, and changing water colour, with a small waterfall.

It is a very easy to live house which offers comfort and luxury, for a perfect and peaceful stay. 
On the ground floor you will find a large beautiful dining-room and salon, very sunny, looking straight onto the swimming pool, with its Home cinema, iPod station, WiFi, fireplace, piano ..., a fully equipped kitchen, 3 large comfortable bedrooms with bedding and bed linen in conformity with 4 stars hotel standards, a nice bathroom and separate toilets.
On the first floor, you will appreciate a master suite, with its private lounge, office corner, bathroom and toilets. 
Wide French windows open directly onto the garden which is a natural extension of the house.
