This modern duplex apartment forms part of a low rise, gated complex of just 38 homes . 2 private pools, both located within private gardens, on the beach front. The complex has been built with character & space in mind. There is a twin bedroom with shower room on the 1st floor, entrance level, overlooking the beach. A glass topped atrium stairwell takes you to the bright open plan living/dining room with TV (+some satellite stations), DVD Player (please bring your own DVD'S ), music system. Fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom with Juliette balcony (also over looking the beach with king size bed) with full en suite bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. Another double room & 3rd bathroom is also on this level. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes.

Patio doors lead out from the lounge to the 90m2 'L' shaped terrace & covered dining area overlooking the beach below, gardens and pools. There are stunning views of Gibralter & North Africa. view

Other nearby activities: The surrounding area hosts numerous other sporting activities, from skiing in the Sierra Nevada mountains to dolphin watching off Gibralter, a visit to Gib is always worthwhile either for duty free goods or just to see the apes that really do run wild! Selwo Safari park (a truly great day out for ALL the family and only a 15 minute drive away) and sea-life centres, Fuengirola zoo, water and wildlife parks, and of course, the many varied beaches and their chiringuitos (beach bar/restaurants) along the coast all wait to be discovered. There are 2 aqua parks nearby within a 30 and 40 min drive.

Golf: The Costa Del Sol is renowned for being home to numerous fantastic golf courses, including San Roque, Almenara and Valderama (host to the Ryder cup and all within 10/20 mins drive). El Diamante is closely located to many courses, the nearest course of Duquesa only 2 mins away!

Perfect place for everyone

Having been here before we were delighted to come back. The site now has it's own little cafe and shop although you are on top of the town centre which is a 5 min car journey away, or a 20 min walk along the beach. Sally has a little gem in this quieter than most beach front apartment. Great views from the expansive wrap around balcony. Closeness to beach means you can have a cup of coffee and walk through the garden gate straight on to the sand for early morning or late evening relaxation. Everything you need is already provided in the apartment and the agent who also lives on same site, is a lovely English lady with a great welcome. Definitely going back as soon as can fix another date. Wherever you want to go along the Costa Del Sol, this apartment is the ideal home location.

beautiful outlook and high quality appartment

The 5 of us have just had 2 weeks here. The whole apartment is great and well furnished and the deck is amazing with views over a stunning beach. Beach-side restaurants are within a couple of minutes and we chose not to have a car for the majority and walked the 15 min walk to Lidl for our shopping (everything you need). Pool area is really clean with the gardens well kept. Fantastic apartment in a great small development in a wonderful location!

This place is amazing

I really can't say enough nice things about this. even looking at the picture of the terrace brings back great memories. thanks to the Lawn's for a great time. they are very reasonable and happy people. it's the little details like the stereo on the patio with the ipad plug so you can listen to you own music while you're eating outside. We chose AIr's "moon safari" for most of our meals. you can walk to the nearest Aldi/lidl where there is a fish market and buy fresh lobsters and fish and then cook them on the grill. everything is provided.

Two families of three

This apartment is wonderful - very well laid out and furnished and well equiped with everything you might need. The balcony is a particular feature - it is huge and delightful to sit out on and eat or sunbathe - there is a big awning to provide shade during the day. The pool is great, but just a word of caution to parents with younger children - the minimum depth is 1.20m so our children (ages 4&5) could not stand up at all and got tired quickly. The beach is a stone's throw away (there are great views of it from balcony and two of the three bedrooms) and there is a shower on the boardwalk on the way. Restaurants in the nearby centre are limited - to get to good ones needs a drive in the car. Local supermarket is excellent, but again a car dive (not a problem for us). One of the 3 bedrooms is on a lower floor from the rest of the appartment - we had some trouble getting the children to stay down there and ended up mixing our sleeping arrangements up a bit! Overall a lovely place which we would recommend.

A Fantastic Pent House one not to be Missed

We have just returned from a two week stay our only regret was having to leave. We have visited the area many times and this was by far the best accomodation we have stayed in. This wonderful apartment right on the beach has fantastic views across to Gibralter and North Africa. It was spotlessly clean, well furnished exactly as shown in the pictures and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday, Sandra the agent was really friendly and helpful. The terrace was amazing huge, south facing with comfortable furniture, a gas barbeque and a choice of sun or shade all day long.
There is a lovely bar only a 5 minute walk away across the sands. Its a 15 minutes walk along the coastal path to Sabinalis with its shops, bars and restuarants. A further 10 minutes walk in to the Port of Duquesa with numerous bars and resturants around it's pretty marina.
We would recommend this Penthouse to anyone you would not be dissapointed - We'll definitely be booking again

The perfect apartment

A wonderful apartment directly beside the beach at Marina de Casares. It was clean, well furnished and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The terrace was an absolute delight; huge, south facing with comfortable furniture, a gas barbeque and a choice of sun or shade all day long.

El Diamante is a small, exclusive, gated complex forming part of Marina de Casares. There are several beach bars/restaurants within a 2 mins stroll down the beach (open in Season). A 10 min walk and you will come to the little town of Sabinillas where there are now many bars, coffee shops and restaurants as well as local shops and supermarkets. There are 3 or 4 larger supermarkets a short drive away, most stocking many English brands. A 5 mins car ride will take you to the charming little port, ' Puerto Duquesa' full of bars, restaurants, shops & cafes. The quaint white washed villages of Casares & Benhavis are well worth a visit. 10 mins east along the coast you will find Estapona port & town, once a small fishing village. As you come into Estapona you will see the bull ring on the left & the lively port on your right. The town also has a good selection of restaurants, bars & shops in it's winding back streets & plazas & has retained it's Spanish charm. It has a wonderful promenade with fountains & large children's play areas.
