This new, second floor luxury apartment sits in an enviable south facing position overlooking the 12th fairway of the stunning Miraflores Golf Course.
It is one of just 48 luxury apartments in a gated complex with private, secure, underground parking and a gymnasium with ladies and gents saunas adjacent to the large swimming pool set in beautiful Tropical Mediterranean gardens.
Both the lounge and bedroom open on to a spacious sun terrace balcony which enjoys spectacular views over the swimming pool and golf course.
For beach lovers, the sea is only minutes away, whilst for keen golfers, the Miraflores club house is just around the corner. The club house restaurant offers both English and Spanish food at very competitive prices. The local supermarket can be seen just across the golf course together with a few small shops and restaurants. There are more supermarkets, shops and restaurants just across the road from our local beach at Riviera del Sol.
La Rinconada: La Rinconada perched overlooking the Famous Miraflores Golf course is well known as being a top quality residental and holiday home urbanization, with secure underground parking . The tropical gardens and the pool along with the rest of the community is maintained to a high standard , as you will see from the reviews, after successful years , we are proud that our clients choose to return . The ubanization also boast,s a gymnasium , women and gents saunas, with showers and toilets. The elevators supply all floors from garage to 3rd. sun loungers and parasols decorate the pool area and are for the use of residents and holiday makers, a place to relax and enjoy , a quiet calming place with shops bars and resturants all with in walking distance . If you are adventurous fuengirola ( 15mins) is to the east and marbella( 20mins) to west , which can be reached by the local bus service or taxi .

Apartment is in a lovely setting but the owner needs to urgently attend to a few issues, namely:
Curtains need dry-cleaning urgenty
The couch and chair in living room need replacing or needs a major refurbishing
There are not sufficient sheets and the sheets are worn
A few areas in bathroom and bedroom were not clean
The shutters in the bedroom do not function
A lovely apartment with great views across the golf course, the pool area very relaxing and kept to an immaculate standard. The apartment is spotless, everything you need although i would not describe it of luxury standard, the images on the internett are accurate except for the bed room which was disappointing. As we have visited the region often we have a good knowledge of the area but the apartment is much further out than we realised and a car is essential along with clearer directions as the street name is incorrect on the map which made it difficult to find. Overall we had a very good holiday and if you are looking for a quiet get away i would definately recommend it. It would be very heplful if the owners could leave basic cleaning essentials.
A beautiful apartment with plenty of outdoor terrace for a relaxing holiday. The listing was very accurate and we found the facilities and decor were great. The owners provided excellent service and were really helpful , even though we had a flight delay and it meant them staying up until the early hours of the morning to welcome us and ensure we found the property location. Nearby there was a supermarket and restaurants which provided a variety of foods. A car was necessary if you wanted to site see or go to the beach.A very relaxing and enjoyable stay. To be highly recommended.
The description of the property is accurate and the photos hide no surprises so can be relied upon. The property was very clean upon arrival and the owner who lives two floors below was most helpful and obliging.
We have already recommended it to some friends who now have the details.
A car is a must as to walk from the nearest supermarket carrying shopping would not be practical. There is however a taxi rank at the entrance to the urbanizacion.
Should you wish to cook and eat at home then everything you need to enable you to do so is there, apart from the food.
For anybody that takes a laptop with them then the broadband wi fi is a bonus and is very reliable.
Altogether a really good holiday location and good value for money.
We stayed with friends for the first 2 weeks in the Costa del Sol and had not made any arrangements for a further 16 days prior to arriving. We were given to understand that there were many vacancies and that there should be no problem finding an apartment.
Unfortunately many owners that the economy is in the dumps and that people are looking for quality apartments at reasonable prices and not substandard units at high prices for short stays. We were very fortunate to come across this apartment 3 days before our friends left to return home putting us in a very unaffordable hotel room.
The owner, Terry, bent over backwards to help us complete the necessary arrangements before moving into the apartment. We were very pleasently surprised when we entered the unit as it was a perfect place to spend our last weeks in Spain. The size is ideal for 2 people and the furniture was almost new and in very good shape. The kitchen was a bit on the small side but very functional. The only things missing were a small microwave oven to reheat things and some sort of drip coffee maker for us North Americans who love fresh brewed coffee.
The view from the large balcony was beautiful and we spent many hours there sunning our selves shielded from a cool breeze.
There is a grocery store, a hardware store, an internet cafe and a few restaurants located directly across the golf course and about a 15 minute vigorous walk away from the apartment. The golf club also has a restaurant. Unfortunately, it is a 3 km walk up and down hills to get to the very good public transportation system and a car is a necessity if one likes to visit.
We highly recommend this wonderful accommodation.
La Rinconada sits on the edge of Miraflores golf course overlooking the 12th fairway close to the club house and about 1 kilometre from the beach at Riviera del Sol mid-way between Marbella and Fuengirola, each about 15 minutes drive away. Superb modern shopping centres at Marbella and Fuengirola. Soft sandy beaches stretch all the way along this coast to Marbella and beyond. An abundant choice of restaurants all withing easy reach. Charming mountain village of Mijas only 20 minutes away. Delightful historic town of Ronda is a 60 minute drive across the Sierras. Malaga airport is about 30 minutes.If you are adventurous enough to drive inland and go up to the lakes and also find some of the charming inland villages typical spanish restaurants and bars, explore the historic city of Malaga with its port and Architecture some of which date back 100 years, also visit the daily and weekly markets throughout the costa area.
Golf: The golf club house Miraflores is just along the road - less than 5 minutes walk from La Rinconada which sits on right on the edge of the golf course looking over the 12th hole. The apartment enjoys superb views of the golf course as it sweeps down the valley and back up towards the 18th hole outside the club house. The driving range can be reached by car or a further 10 mins walk , their is also bunkers bar on the range for drinks and food.The apartment is an ideal base for golfers and holidaymakers , with an array of golf courses all within 10 to 20 min drive ,sandy beaches for those who want to relax and places of interest for you sightseers, day trips to Granada to see the famous Alambra Palace to the east or a trip on the ferry to morroco to visit Tanjiers , a trip to
Puerto Banus for some of the best shops along the costa. You,ll feel at home and relaxed at La rinconada however you choose to spend your time.
