Located in an exclusive area composed of elegant individual homes and urbanizations in which people is residing throughout the year, so it has all amenities (supermarkets, banks, pharmacy, shops, restaurants, ...).
The area is around the Golf Club Vistahermosa and the beach, being a very quiet area and you can walk with all safe.
The house is located approximately in the center of this environment.
Near the house there are several bus stops (lines 3 and 5) that connect to the access to the beach of Santa Catalina (access to the beach closest from the house are Vistahermosa and Las Redes). The same bus lines go to the main population center and train station, there are direct trains to Jerez de la Frontera (10 minutes), Cadiz (30 mins), Seville (1 hour and 20 minutes) and Cordoba (2 hours).

The house has two private gardens. One entrance to the house and another later.

Buen emplazamiento
El alojamiento se ubica en una de las muchas urbanizaciones la zona, en una área tranquila y sin ruidos con aparcamiento propio. La casa tiene buen tamaño y los jardines delantero/trasero son agradables. En general no está mal equipada, aunque el punto flaco del interior del alojamiento es que no está no actualizado en cuanto a muebles, electrodomésticos y otros aspectos. Algunos muebles eran antiguos e incómodos, por ejemplo el sofá y sillones del salón estaban muy gastados y eran incomodísimos, algunas ventanas no cerraban y tenía rejas exteriores de la casa muy oxidadas, los electrodomésticos y otros enseres se veían bastante antiguos y funcionaban regular, etc. Es una pena porque si se actualizara y se diera un repaso a la casa se le sacaría mucho partido. A pesar de ello hemos estado cómodos en general.

Alojamiento perfecto para disfrutar de unas fantásticas vacaciones. Equipamiento completísimo. Estado de la vivienda perfecto y muy limpio y en un lugar tranquilo con parques cercanos. Muy bien situada respecto a los puntos de referencia turística. La amabilidad, las indicaciones y las facilidades tanto de parte del propietario como de quien nos esperaba a nuestra llegada no tienen precio. Después de mucho buscar, no podíamos haber elegido mejor.
