SALENTO - The villa, just a few meters away from the sea and reachable on foot in just two minutes, boasts a splendid panoramic view and can comfortably accommodate up to six people in three bedrooms.

The spacious covered veranda and the sea-view terrace allow for outdoor dining in a relaxing atmosphere. It is equipped with a television, washing machine, mosquito nets, outdoor shower, as well as ample free parking.

The house comprises a large living room with a sofa and satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a 4-burner stove, three bedrooms with either three double beds or two double beds and two singles (upon request), a terrace for outdoor dining with splendid sea views, and a large covered patio with a wooden canopy.

Ottima posizione!

Abbiamo alloggiato in questa villetta per una settimana a Luglio.La casa è molto spaziosa dotata di 3 camere,un bel soggiorno,cucina e due verande dove si può fare colazione/pranzo/cena,una di questa dotata di una bellissima visuale mare.La descrizione della casa rispecchia quella dell'annuncio,unica pecca è l'arredamento un pochino datato ma buoni per la loro funzione.Immobile pulito ed ordinato,proprietario gentilissimo,cordiale e preciso.Mare a 200 mt,dove si può ammirare la bellissima grotta verde,no spiaggia,le piu vicine si trovano verso Otranto o verso il versante ionico cmq tutto a 25 km. Nelle vicinanze un mini market,per fare la spesa vi consigliamo invece ipermercati nei paesi limitrofi (Tricase). Banca più vicina presente ad Andrano (3 km). Numerosi ristoranti nella zona, ma a nostro avviso il migliore è Lu Spilu (Andrano). Noi consigliamo questo alloggio per la comodità,la tranquillità,la disponibilità del proprietario,vicinanza dal mare e per il fatto di essere un posto strategico per visitare tutto il Salento.Bella esperienza.
