These entirely renovated beautiful apartments perfectly located on the Orient Bay beach. This property boasts a very private 79 sq.m duplex with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a 20 sq.m loggia terrace, wonderful sea view, as well as a new Sea Palm 1-bedroom guest house for 2/4 people. The community is quiet and features a 24-hour security service. There is direct access to the beach as well as 3 amazing pools. There are private, public, and nude beaches.
This spot is very private and is perfectly located right on the beach that faces Saint Barthélemy. The duplex boasts a very large terrace with a second living and dining area to ensure you enjoy the beautiful view as much as possible! There are also 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
Also on this property is the new Sea Palm guest house, which features an original design, a view of palm trees and the sea, and a separate bedroom and living room for maximum privacy.
I rented this place with 3 of my friends and we were not disappointed! A great view, close to Pinel Island, Grand Case, Orient Village and of course the view of Orient Beach and St. Barts in the distance. The pictures are exactly how the condo looks. There is a grocery store nearby for food to get while on your trip if you want to cook at home. Kitchen has pretty much everything you need! We all decided we would love to come back to this condo as well as the island. What a great experience! The owner and her daughter were always quick to respond to questions via email, and very flexible when my flight got delayed and we had to check in later. Thanks Sabine and Suzon!
I stayed at this condo with my wife and two small children. We had a fantastic time and will definitely try to come back next year. The property is accurately depicted in the pictures provided by the owner. The location and views are amazing.
This was my first time to use Home Away or book a site via internet. I'm pleased to say this condo was exactly as pictured and advertised! The roads and area around the complex are rough and torn up, but the nearby grocery store makes it very easy to cook and get supplies. The kitchen was more stocked then I expected with cookware and serving dishes. The owner/manager was very friendly and responded to issues when they came up. A GREAT place for my daughter's 30th birthday celebration!!
This is our second time staying in this condo. It is perfect for our group. We love the location, the pool, the beach and hope to return next year.
We were meet by our landlord and given the keys and the tour of the flat. Our flat was very large and had a panoramic view of Orient Bay. Then bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious. There was more than an ample amount of linens and utensils. Upon our arrival the flat was immaculate. We enjoyed our stay very much so and would highly recommend it. If we were to do this type of vacation again we would rent Guadeloupe 206. We give the flat 5 star rating.
Just want to say this condo is amazing! The view from the balcony was even more spectacular then we could have imagined. The whole place is very spacious. We loved all the seating on the deck. The kitchen had everything we needed to make dinners. The place was beautifully decorated. Very nice to have the three bathrooms as there where 5 adults staying. We also enjoyed how quite the complex was at night. I would highly recommend this condo. Excellant location for visiting anywhere on the island.
