Photos and Description of this 6 bedroom holiday villa in Sanary-sur-Mer - Mas de la Girane
Spacious villa: 4* tourism furniture, 6 bedrooms, ideal for families/friends
This very old farm in a completely quiet area not overlooked is lined with a pine forest where there is a family chapel dating back from 1611. The estate is an invitation to quietness and serenity. The district is one of the last in Sanary where you can mainly find large properties.
Overlooking a Mediterranean countryside landscape with olive trees, the 2 houses recently renovated have views of the Bay of Sanary through the hills in the distance. Far from each other, they have their own personality, their 4000 m² terraced garden and their fully independent access.
Villa Vé offers both luxury and comfortable services. The living area is air-conditioned, South-exposed and surrounds a beautiful 80 m² terrace where it is pleasant to laze during all the seasons. In winter, you get together by the fireplace. In summer, the infinity pool delights everybody. And out of season, even if the water is cold, you can laze in the sun while admiring the countryside.
Thanks to a good organisation of the rooms and its 2 living rooms, this 2-storey house offers privacy for all the guests.
You will also enjoy the table tennis and the boules ground adjacent to the huge shaded parking.
La Girane, former renovated farmhouse, has lots of charm. In the heart of a 4000 m² land with lavender, fig trees, olive trees and pine trees, the entrance of the house is surrounded by 2 bougainvilleas. The flowered garden offers its wonderful 15x5.5 m pool with pool house, its boules ground and even a playground for your children (hut, slide and swings).
Very spacious and well fitted, the house is ideal for comfortable holidays in family or with friends. There is a large private parking.

About François Pelissier
We have lived in Sanary for ages and we love and know our region. During the year, we live in the village so we can easily help our guests.
François Pelissier purchased this villa in 1611
Why François Pelissier chose Sanary-sur-Mer
It is a very old family property that we want to keep in the family.
What makes this villa unique
Lawn, pink laurels, plumbagos, iris, olive trees, fig trees, orange trees, sun or shade under the large plane trees and laze in the sun or by the fireplace: it is up to you!
The renovated farmhouses offer both luxury and comfortable services but in the pine forest, there is a family chapel dating from 1611 that evokes the history of this place.
Beaches and shops are close so you do not have to go to the town centre to do the shopping. The daily market in Sanary has many assets and the Wednesday market is a must-see!
In the surroundings, there are many watersport activities available as well as a tennis court and the stunning Frégate golf course. The region is also a paradise for hikers even if in summer you must leave at dawn!
Finally, do not hesitate to laze in the terraces of the cafés of Sanary and discover the different wine estates of Bandol.
If you want to go on the road, Toulon, the most beautiful roadstead of Europe, Porquerolles and Île d’Or, Saint-Tropez, the coves of Cassis, Marseille and Aix-en-Provence will reveal their charm.
