Location Corricella is very quiet, at a distance of 10 meters from the dock in a fishing village.
No traffic, no car nor scooter but accessible only by means of easy stairs or by sea.
The temperature is above average even in winter.
The loft has been re-structured in 2022 and a mechanical ventilation system between the cavities, that allows the elimination of condensation and humidity, has been installed.
On request you can make arrangements for custody service boats.
Corricella was the location of the film "Il Postino" with Massimo Troisi and Mariagrazia Cucinotta.

We loved the island of Procida & enjoyed staying front row in beautiful Corricella. Salvatore was a perfect host. We will look forward to returning at some point.

Stunning location

The property is spotless and everything was done with an eye for the little details. It was a very cute conversion of a boathouse. Good quality bedding, excellent kichen, bathroom, infact everything was great. The owners and family were super friendly and helpul. A definate must return.

Loved it!

Had a lovely time in the boathouse,Corricella is definitely the best location to stay on the island. Salvatore, his family and all the locals made us feel so welcome. Lovely to sit outside watching life on the marina and getting a boat taxi the lovely beach in the next bay. Boathouse has all you need and is very cosy. Corricella has lots of lovely restaurants too, so it's a perfect base and especially love Sandro's homemade gelato next door. We will be back!

"Delightful clean and wel...

"Delightful clean and well-equipped accommodation in a converted boathouse originally used by fishermen. The best position on Procida, right on the seafront in the fishing village of Marina Corricella. Perfect peace and gorgeous views, with restaurants and amenities within easy walking distance. We had a fantastic holiday and can't wait to return. Salvatore and his family are charming and couldn't have been more helpful or hospitable."
