Spacious, comfortable, functional, bright with large living room of 35m2 The crossing, located on the floor of a small complex of 8 units on 2 levels. Balcony terrace of 10m2 with sliding doors, + private laundry and garage. Fully equipped, modern and new. Near the center but away from the traffic, you will appreciate its quiet and relaxing. Visit on foot or by free downtown shuttle to the beach or in the 2 surgeries, 500m apart.

 A casino, a media library, a cinema, a nightclub, a theater of greenery offers a different show every night, many restaurants and entertainment on port occupy your evenings.

 For athletes, a flying club, scuba diving (many famous wrecks) club sailing, jet skiing, horseback riding, tennis, hiking trails along the coast and cycle paths.

Je confirme les appréciations ci-dessus, grand volume pour les vacances, lumineux, calme, literie impéccable, garage spacieux et surtout propriétaires très attentifs à notre confort (je confirme pour la confiture !). Lors de prochaines vacances sur Cavalaire le lieu de résidence est déjà tout trouvé. Les voisins ont été très sympathiques avec nous. A bientôt.

nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour à cavalaire.accueil chaleureux des propriétaires qui se sont montrés attentionnés:2 coups de télephone pendant la quinzaine.
Appartement vaste ,clair,bien aménagé:electro ménager,literie,garage...etc.
Nous le recommandons sans réserve aux prochains vacanciers et nous-mêmes nous y retournerons.

Séjour trés agréable

Grand appartement, très lumineux, confortable et trés propre.
Celui-ci est trés bien situé (non loin du centre-ville, 10 min à pied). Lotissement calme, aucun bruit, idéal pour récupérer ! (literie impec ! ;) ). Les propriétaires sont trés accueillants et toujours disponibles en cas de besoin.
Le petit plus : le pot de confiture maison offert à notre arrivée ( à tomber par terre !)
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir lors de notre prochain passage dans la région.

propriétaires très acceuillants,nous avons passé un trés agréable séjour dans un appartement spacieux et très propre, une literie trés confortable et surveillée de très près par les propriétaires, cet appartement est très lumineux et au calme tout en étant relativement proche de la ville , des commerces et de la mer,
a conseiller pour vacances en famille, nous y retounerons volontiers

Appartement propre,spacieux et bien aménagé.
Situé à l'extérieur du centre,tout en étant à 500 m des commerces et de la plage.
(10-15 min à pied).C'est l'idéal!
Le garage avec fermeture de porte automatique est bien apprécié.
Et de plus: on bénéficie du calme parfait,pas de bruit de voiture!
Très bon environnement.
Les propriétaires sont charmants et sont toujours à l'écoute.
C'est la 2e fois que nous louons cet appartement et pourquoi pas une 3e fois,

Owner's Response: Habitant à proximité de l'appartement, il est facile de remédier rapidement aux incidents quand ils se produisent.
De plus, déguster une confiture de raisin fabrication maison, surprend toujours nos hôtes.

     The duration of the rental is one week minimum. Taking possession takes place on Saturday from 16 pm and departure on Saturday before 10 am.
