Villa Zenitude is the perfect romantic getaway for a couple. Nestled in a lush tropical garden, it's located in the exclusive gated area of Terres Basses, one if the most desirable locations on the island.

The owners have attended to every detail with exquisite taste - designer furniture, highest quality linens, towels, dinner ware etc.

The air conditioned villa features a very large bedroom suite with a king size bed, a tiled shower bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room that opens up onto a large deck with a plunge pool and shaded gazebo. There you will enjoy your drinks while watching the sunset over Baie Longue and listen to the birds in the palm trees and hibiscus flowers.

A meridienne can serve as a bed for a third guest and a crib is available on request.

The many amenities include flat screen television with Chrome Cast, high speed internet connection and Bose Sound Link Bluetooth speaker.

Villa Zenitude is located within the owner's 3.5 acres park, far enough from the residence to offer you absolute privacy but close enough should you need any assistance.

A ten minute stroll through the private road and tropical landscape of Terres Basses takes you to the gorgeous Plum Baie beach, a little further to the long stretch of Baie Longue, both private, safe and never crowded.

You will be ten minute driving distance from the airport and the village of Maho, with the golf course and a vibrant nightlife with restaurants, nightclubs and casinos (and of course more beaches).

In the other direction you will find Marigot, the Capitol of the French side of the island with shops, restaurants, bakeries and an outdoor market.

Five minute driving from your villa is a marvelous French market with produce, meats, fish and specialties flown in weekly from Paris.

You will feel very welcome in Villa Zenitude where all comforts - and a bottle of champagne - awaits you.

Fantastic villa located in a brilliant spot

My wife & I were in St Maarten for a week for our nieces wedding but wanted to have a relaxing holiday at the same time and the villa suited our purposes perfectly. Great location but I would suggest you would require a car if you don’t want to just chill at the villa which it is perfect for. The only issue we had was with the fridge freezer which Lionel dealt with swiftly and offered to recompense us for any lost food which wasn’t required. Hopefully we’ll be back sometime!

Home away from home!

Amazing property with amazing hosts! The house had all the amenities you could possibly ask for, and Lionel and Micheline were fantastic... couldn’t ask for more! Would 100% recommend staying here!!

Lovely people and lovely accommodation

We loved it and the visits from the dogs. My wife is scared of dogs , but found these two no problem at all. Privacy was second to none. The splash pool was wonderful. The bed , well that just beats all. WiFi, so fast. We couldn’t fault the place except you are in a garden < so you need to spray yourself with bug spray. We are looking forward to staying again next year.

Very Zen...

We spent 11 days at Villa Zenitude in June, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful couples break. The villa is very well equipped, with everything you could want in the kitchen, as well as good wifi, an ipad, a bluetooth speaker and all the chairs, umbrellas, coolers etc for a day on the beach. Micheline and Lionel really have tried to think of everything their guests might need and they are on hand in their property next door to answer queries and supply information on the island. The back of the villa opens up onto the deck and pool, with its splendid night time lighting. This area is very private and we spent many happy hours there, away from the cares of the world. Micheline recommended Christophe at Golfe Rental for car hire, and they were very good. They met us at the airport with a nearly new car and arranged for us to leave the car at the airport when we left. A car is definitely needed to get around the island. St Martin itself is rather more developed than some of the other Caribbean islands, but is well worth a visit. Highlights for us were the Butterfly Farm and Loterie Farm, where we had a go at their 'extreme zip wire' - great fun! There are also several lovely beaches and lots of good restaurants to try.

Private with beautiful garden

This villa is kept very clean and has everything you might need for your stay. Several private beaches are perfect for a day in the sun without any crowds. The host was very accommodating. Note that there are (friendly) dogs on the property. Being a countryside villa, we did have an issue at night with mosquitoes entering through cracks in the front door and a couple very large cockroaches lurking in the bathroom.
