VILLA RENTAL: 4 BEDROOMS, SLEEPS 8 IN FLAYOSC

Our experience with booking this villa started quite bad. When making the reservation, I have specifically asked the owner to confirm that we can start our vacation on 1st July (a Friday).
On the 1st of July we arrived there (3 families with 2 kids) and we realize that the people renting the villa before us will only leave the next day. Obviously the renting period was starting Saturday (not Friday as the owner confirmed us). After some discussions with the owner, he managed to find us accommodation in a hotel in the town.
Next day we could not get into the house earlier than 5pm, so we had to find a way to spend our time (with all luggage in the cars) between 12 (when we checked out) and 5pm. When we went to the house, he asked us to pay half of the hotel cost, even though it was entirely his fault. After several painful discussions, he gave up, but we were asked to pay extra 130 eur for cleaning and bed sheets (charges which at that time were not on the site).
Be aware that there are no towels, no soap, no toilet paper in the house.
Also, if you plan to rent the house for more than 6people, will be a bit tough, as the number of toilets is not 4, as written on the site. At the ground floor there is one bathroom (only shower and bath tube) and one toilet for 3 rooms.
At the first floor, there is one room with has a private bathroom.
One of the rooms downstairs does not have a closet (no where to hang your clothes) only some shelves.
On a more positive note, the house has a very nice living room, a great view over Flayosc and a nice garden. The jacuzzi is great. The swimming pool is too small and the water was kind of dirty, did not really use it.
Flayosc is a really nice, cosy city, with nice terasses, very pleasant.
We found a lot of site seeing around, including a visit to an impressive water fall (only 20km away) or in Tourtour (incredible!!!, I would recommend everybody to visit it!)
